My husband frequently works with small objects, wiring, etc. in our living room. He was always leaving the stuff scattered about. So, I got these, everything fit in them perfectly, and voila! Mess solved. Out of the way when not in use, and easy to pull out to use. These are super sturdy, and they even have a nice sweet grass smell. I love them so much I bought an extra set for my craft room. They store my cricket blanks. I put mugs in one and t-shirts for iron ons and wine bags in the other. Good looking baskets with decent size for your closet or linens. Bed and bath stores want twice the cost for one of them. The do have sea weed smell out of the box so let them air out for a couple days. Also I am suspecting if you keep them in damp place they may attract mold so keep them dry.

The baskets, set of two, has a great wicker look, tho the strapping for the wicker part is a different texture material that what is normally seen as wicker. It’s a nice look. Ver attractive. Each basket has a wire frame inside of it, with wire supports running down the walls about every 3-4 inches to add support. The bottom is strong and holds a little weight when carried. The size on the product page is a bit off. The 17” width is actually from outside left handle to outside right handle. The actual measurements of the basket itself is 14” x 10” at the top. Love it! The basket is clean and beautiful! The basket is perfect for putting daily stuff like files, keys or wallets, the basket is in good quality and very tough. The volume is big enough to put all my 60 bubble envelopes and small stuff.
