  • My new love
I have finally found the epoxy I need to get the pour lines I want without making my apartment smell like a death trap. Stone Coat Art Coat is, hands down, best in the field. I worked on a piece for over an hour! That never happens unless you’re using this product

  • Good but don't mix more than 30 oz at a time.
After having mixed several small amounts, I attempted 48 oz. I mixed it according to directions and it hardened before 30 minutes.

  • This product failed
Ive used a lot of stone coats products in the past. Done three kitchens using it. Some of their products are really good. But most people want lighter or white countertops these days. In the past I used their countertop paint on mdf method with the clear epoxy over it, adding certain flakes to give it a crystal quartz look. However over time the white countertop started to yellow. Lately stone coats been recommending this product with white epoxy dye to rectify that problem. However, after using It I had two problems right off the bat. One, was the product didnt take to the edges well, so I was left with a very thin coat on them. This was even after using twice the recommended amount . Two, it begain to chip in different areas on the surface top very quickly. I reached out to stone coat since I spent $500 on a very small 2x8 section and was left very disappointed. A month later they still haven't responded. I uploaded a pic just to show what we tried. Unfortunately, I wish I took a close up pic of the issues I had before I tossed it so I could share. ... show more

  • Easy free return, thanks Amazon
I had planned on epoxying an outside picnic table. After watching many videos and finding out the tabletop surface must be very level. Temperature needs to be around 70-80 degrees for 24 hours. Needs to be in a dust and bug free environment for 24 hours. Yada, yada, I finally decided I just could not do the picnic table outside and I could not move it inside. I returned the epoxy to Amazon. Never took it out of the packaging. I will do better homework before ordering expensive items again. Thanks Amazon. ... show more

  • Good product, but probably won't use again
It's a good product but extremely pungent when mixed and while curing. Probably won't use again.

  • Great products and great videos!
All Stone Coat epoxy is easy to use; some is more forgiving than others, but it helps to use the correct product. Our river table actually used three different epoxy formulas, each for a specific step in the project. One of the best features is that all formulas are odorless, so much of our work was done indoors. We are ongoing users, so we would (and will) buy it again, and again, and again! ... show more

  • Very disappointed - Poor sturdiness of finished product and TERRIBLE customer service
First time using Stonecoat, but have been using resin for years successfully. Tried this product in two different tries and both times, the end result after a WEEK of curing was incredible flexibility. My vinyl record I resined after painting is so flexible that I could bend it noticeably. This was after a week, and after 3 weeks, same issue. I have been trying to contact stonecoat for over a month, and can't get any customer service from them. The last email I got was over 2 weeks ago, I have written back twice so far asking for more help, and gotten radio silence. Everyone told me this was a great product and people even mentioned "amazing customer service", but I am not seeing it. I would return if I was within my return window. As it is, I will use the product only for things where flexibility is acceptable, which isn't much. For the high price, very disappointed. Avoid at all costs, buy a cheaper resin that actually hardens up as it should. ... show more
