This is a great kit. It contains everything you'll need to paint with acrylic with oil or water color. It gives it all to you, in this wonderful kit which includes an easel and that can be set up, or used to paint or display your art. I think for the price with all that's included; all the brushes everything is here, and it's worth the money they ask for it, you can't go wrong if you want to learn to paint or are already an artist, I'm sure you'll find that this kid is a wonderful gift to an artist of any stage beginning through experienced. I love it and you will to.

My Wife started taking those classes that meet at different places to learn how to paint. For her Birthday I decided to purchase this set as it comes with Everything for a beginner. She Loves It! Great amount of paint, brushes, canvases and paper to work on your next project. She uses this almost every weekend. If someone is getting into Acrylic, Oil or Water Painting I would highly recommend you get this complete set as it will give the user a feel for what is out there. So far, my wife has been happy with her gift. She has used so much already she has had to buy more acrylic paint. This set comes with everything to start figuring out what you like or do not like (Paint types). Just note, Oil paint takes a VERY Long time to dry and it appears my wife prefers to use Acrylic and Water based paints.

Got this for my 9 year old for Christmas. She is obsessed. The amount of items that came with this product are PERFECT for a beginner. The paints themselves come in a variety of shades, and while not the best quality of paints, they are fabulous for a kid. I have not quite figured out the easel yet, but the wooden table top case can pop up as a secondary flat easel and storage compartment, which was excellent. Highly recommend.

I like it at the price point but one thing annoyed me was a sketch pad with no pencils, just paint. Am I a moron or don't you need pencils to sketch?

This was a gift that was a starter kit for my father who wanted to spend some time doing crafts and to dabble in art. This kit pretty much has everything to get started and become familiarized with painting and art. It is a great set for that purchase to choose a style that you really like. That said, this is a starter kit. Do not expect amazing or high quality paints, brushes, or supplies. This is a large set to expose you to a lot of different mediums and skillsets to play with, great for amateurs and those with little or no experience, but likely not worthy for people who are more experienced.

I had never painted before and this kit has everything you need to get started. The brushes and paints aren't the best quality, but they will get the job done. The 2 easels work great and I can see myself using them both for years to come. The travel easel I hated at first. It does not come with instructions and I put it together wrong. It was very wobbly!! Once I realized the bar attached to the 2 front legs it was smooth sailing. It works perfectly now. The table top easel with the little drawer is great for smaller paintings and makes a great travel case. I also loved that it came with so many paper and canvas choices. There were 2 additional things that I purchased shortly after receiving the kit; gesso and a 2 inch brush for prepping the canvas. You can paint on them as they come, but this gives a much smoother surface. The kit was very well packaged and arrived on time, everything was in pristine condition. There are boxes in boxes that were in boxes. It was a lot of fun opening, even as an adult. These are the first three paintings I did with using only supplies from the kit. I have made additional purchases. A few brushes, mixing mediums and larger tubes of paint of the colors I used the most. I highly recommend this kit for yourself or as a gift!
