I needed this stereo so bad. My old one didn't start half the time, and when it did, sometimes the steering controls would work and sometimes they wouldn't. I'm also getting older and it was hard to see my speedometer. This stereo made everything better. It wirelessly hooks to apple car play, or I can use the cable, it shows the speedometer, if I want it too, and the screen is so big, I don't have any problems seeing the map anymore. I love, love, love this thing. My husband installed it in our 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and it is a perfect fit.

I was skepical about this head unit but its the bomb, absolutely love this and so will you if you buy it. Instructions were good, You tube videos help sort out the confusion for a self install. Its got more bells and whisltes than you know what to do with. Easily connects to Bluetooth, lots of preset options, and camera options. Keeps tabs on your engine with multiple gauges and for the 4 wheelers it gets bonus points for functionalities on the trails..The wiring is nicely labeled and all the connectors are high quality. I dont know what else you could possible want but this exceeds my expectations. Highly recommend Stinger.

First let me say the step by step instructions are amazing. I got the radio and the kit for Christmas. I was nervous when I saw all the wires and parts. The. I saw the booklet of instructions and was like I can do this!! Once installed the screen is bigger than I expected. The sound quality is really good too! I was early able to connect my phone via the Bluetooth. I installed the USB-A and USB-C plug which replaced the 12V plug that came with the kit.

Great radio, really woke up the alpine system in my little wrangler! Some modifications may be needed to the bezel itself for the screen to fit into place but ince its in, good lord!

Bought in April, install was a little difficult but not too bad, everyday there is static that makes it hard to hear the music or radio. It come and goes, in and out, has been doing it since April. Just now leaving a review since Amazon sent an email asking.

HIGHLY DISLIKE having to completely remove the unit from the dash and dismantle it just to get to the SD card for maps updates. I can tell by design, these are intelligent engineers behind this thing. So WHY?? not design it so all this could be done from one of the USB ports? My Polaris Ride Command updates via USB port so I know it can be done!! COME ON, GUYS!

Ok, first off, I did not purchase my Heigh10+ from Amazon. However, I bought a '16 JK Rubicon with the "Alpine9" system. Sounded muddy, muffled. My plan was to upgrade the entire stereo system, little by little. Then my stock head unit started failing (typical Uconnect issues), so I decided to replace it with the Stinger Heigh10+. Installation was pretty easy, plug & play. But, after installing the head unit, I was blown away! This thing sounds great! Especially with the Alpine9 system. I have now decided that I'm not replacing anything else. Going from the stock 3 band EQ, to a 15 band EQ with adjustable crossover points made a H U G E difference! There's 1 review that states how bad it sounds, my thought is, it's connected to really cheap worn out speakers. As far as features go, this thing is loaded. I can't say how the Apple Car Play works, but Android Auto is flawless. Bluetooth, Off-road mode, 4 camera inputs, performance (large speedometer and tach), gauges setting displays gauges that are not on the cluster,etc, etc. Do yourself a favor and add the SiriusXm module when you install it. I really just can't say enough for the Stinger Heigh10+. Very happy with it.
