  • Amazing hammer
I can’t describe how great this hammer is. Made my life way easier. Light weight, can hardly feel it on my belt. Curved handle allows you to get a lot of speed, I hit harder than I ever did with my 26oz full steel hammer. I’ll never buy a different hammer again.

  • My old friend
Got my first in 2002 (axe handle style), it felt like a sports car vs. a dump truck. Back then it was $70, but the feeling of driving nails was too valuable. Lost that one. A trade partner gifted me the 1st gen TiBone, also awesome, but did not like having to tighten the head to the frame every now and then. This was the straight handle and while it was $200 at the time, it never felt the same. I sold it. I went back to the 14oz and never turned back. I also bought the 12oz for reasons I don't know, but I just switch between them, but am happy I have them. Disclosure, I'm a construction super so I really don't need these high end tools. I just love having them. While I would never recommend these for demolition ( i have stuff for that), but for hand driving nails I cannot endorse this hammer more. If you have a high quality hardware store near you that offers these, I highly encourage you to hold it at the very end of the axe handle. I have never held a hammer that felt like this. If you have aim, you will drive a 3.25" framing nail on 1 blow, way before it rots. (:D). However if you drive nails via the classic Hitachi most of the time, the expense of this hammer may not be worth it to you. Maybe save the money and buy a helpful palm nailer for those tight spots. IMHO, my Stilettos have not been game changers for my line of work the past 12 years'ish. I don't drive nails for a living, if anything I drive a few nails to tighten things up ahead of inspections, or pre drywall. That being said, I am just a super who likes high quality tools, ie, my thermal imager is a Flir, my hammers are Stilleto wood handles, and my levels and lasers are Stabila. Does that make me better/ smarter? I have no idea. These are just my thoughts. In the end, I hope all of you feel grateful to be in this industry. These tasks cannot be farmed out to China. They must be done here, by the man with tools in his hand. And that is who I serve before all. ... show more

  • Amazing Hammer
My go to hammer. This is my everyday hammer (except for trim). I love this hammer, light, powerful and fits the hand perfectly.

  • Perfect Hammer
Bought this for my boyfriend that does carpentry/construction work. He loves it and says it’s super lightweight and makes it easy to hammer. 10/10 and well worth the money.
