They used to sell this inside of Sephora, which is where I first experienced using this product. Hands down THE best eyeliner that I've ever used - and I use it daily. Goes on smooth and consistent, is the right shade for me personally. I mean, if you have dark brown hair and eyelashes, this looks far more natural than say... black, unless you are going for that contrast. I prefer a more subtle look ala Korean beauty standard so this one is a must for me. Stays on even after working all day, crying (yup, tested that before, too, lol), sweating, etc. Love this - I think I've ordered it at least 15 times. I like to have one on standby always, so I don't run out.

Kinda pricey but works well. Does not smudge or flake. The very pointed felt tip allows for precision and control that is SO fine, you can actually paint tiny dots between lashes so it enhances your eyes but doesn't even look like you're wearing liner. It does tend to disappear by the end of the day but it only takes a few seconds to reapply. I have no idea why so many people seemed to be unable to get it to flow...they must have gotten a bad batch, dried out or something, mine worked perfectly from the start. I will buy again, though I might try to find a lighter shade (dark brown is VERY dark)

Very fast shipping from this seller. About the product - my eyeliner constantly ran and bled. Embarrassing. I actually started using waterproof mascara as liner by smudging it with a Qtip. Then I found waterproof liner. Duh! I scoured reviews and STILA seemed to have the best results within a price point I felt comfortable with. I use the dark brown. My hair is light blonde so black is too "heavy metal" looking for me. It took time to learn how to get a soft, blended look because it applies in a sharp fine line but it blends beautifully if you choose to wear it that way. Stila waterproof liquid liner stays put under normal circumstances. I would not condemn the product if I cry it off like some reviewers on other sites had. To me, thats not normal wear. I have teared a small amount and it held up for me. Make sure you dont use eye cream under it because I did one day and it made it slide off so im careful that my eye cream isnt along the rim. I recommend the product highly. I wish it lasted a little longer (more product) but its easy to order from various sources. Im so glad that I found this great product. No more frustrating runny eyeliner.

I don't typically like felt tip liquid liners. I prefer the brush types because they give deeper color, but they take a lot of time and skill to use. I tried Stila liquid liner based on the great reviews I found while searching for an excellent waterproof liquid liner. This eyeliner was definitely wonderful at first. It was easy to apply, had rich color, and was waterproof, yet easy to remove with soap and water at the end of the day. However, I only got 3 good uses out of it before it started drying out. I got another 2 uses, but the color deposit was not even. So I had to use a few tricks to try and fill in spots where the color was barely showing. After day 5, I could barely get the color to come out at all. Mind you, I stored the eyeliner in the recommended fashion, upside down, fully capped. I always shook it vigorously before use. I even tried warming it up by letting the base of the eyeliner pen soak in some hot water. Nothing helped. I ended up having to dip the tip of the pen in some water, blot it, and a bit of the color came out before it stopped again. It was not even enough to finish one eye lid. I'm extremely unhappy with this purchase because this is the most money I've ever spent on eyeliner, and this is the least use I've ever got out of one. I absolutely do not recommend this product until the company fixes the deficiency. It's a huge waste of money.

One of these used to last several months. Now after a few weeks it runs out. I see others commenting about it. Not sure what happened but it is not worth the price. I am not purchasing this every month so looking for a new brand. It is easy to apply and stays on well.

first thing in the morning I love this eyeliner almost as much as my favorite brown mascara! This eyeliner is an absolute godsend. If anyone has tried to buy brown eyeliner from most stores, even the high-end ones, it never goes well. Whether you use Charlotte Tilbury, Sephora, Walmart, or Target, you know the struggles—they either don’t have it, it's dry within the third day, used up too quickly, has too big of a tip for fine lines, or comes in a jar of liquid eyeliner.
