I really like this cat tree, the cat loves it, but wheb he is zooming and jump on it, it wiggles way more than my previous one, the base should probably bit a little bigger and heavier.

Great tree but not well designed. First when I received I noticed it missing attached ball as shown on the picture. Then top is my cats favorite spot but he meows for me to get him off. Designer should have included stair or ledge to come down, cat doesn't want or can't jump into a bowl.

I bought this then read the reviews. Not smart I know but I had no problems putting this together. There were holes in the correct spots, screws, and bolts plus extras. It even came with a pair of gloves. Great product would definitely buy from this company again. I added the stick on carpeting patches.

We are a 4-cat family, much to the demise of my husband. But we have 2 cat-loving daughters that he has a soft spot for, so here we are with 4 wonderful cats in our house at any given time. To prevent any damage to our furniture, I like to have scratching posts readily available in all of the main areas of our house. I ordered this one for our main living space because I really liked the look of the whole setup - lots of activities and spaces for our cats to be entertained and get all their scratching out. While I do like the overall idea of this cat tree tower, the sturdiness and functionality just isn't up to par. First off, the instructions were awful and my husband wasn't a happy camper when he was assembling it. None of the parts were numbered and the instructions consisted of a one page graphic. I will add that he works in construction so he knows his way around building things! Secondly, the studiness of the upper perch definitely leaves a lot to be desired and it's quite wobbly when our 1 year old cats hop into that perch. We have 2 cats that are just about 1 year old and the top perch is already almost too small for them to curl up in. Also, I was surprised that none of the cats liked the "bowl". It seems like they are hesitant to get in it beause it's see-through. And probably the biggest issue I have is the location and size of the areas that are for scratching. The scratching posts are the main function that I'm looking for and this particular cat tree, the scratching posts are low to the ground with not a lot of surface area. We have another cat tree that has long and tall posts for scratching and our cats use that like crazy. On the positive side, our two youngest cats do love to play on this tower and play in all the little cubby holes, but for the price, I was hoping for a more functional cat tree.

I’ve had this cat towel for several weeks now in order to give it a solid review. This is my first cat tower so I can’t compare it to others. First, the good: -My 6 month old kittens love it! They play and sleep on it often. They love batting the attached toys at each other, and trying to catch each other through the clear plastic bowl. They like jumping on and off the different levels. They hide in the middle, more enclosed part but love poking their heads out at each other. They snuggle in the round baskets too. -The manufacturer’s dimensions are accurate and everything matches the pictures. -The quality of wood is actually pretty good. It’s way better than cheap plywood (as you can see from my second picture) and I think it will hold up well even given my very active cats and kids. Now the bad: -The instructions are TERRIBLE!! It’s the single page pictured last in my review for reference. If your eyes are poor you might need a magnifying glass to see where all the screws go. I’m pretty handy and used to assembling things so I could still assemble it by myself, but a step-by-step guide would have been clearer. -The screws holding the platform just below the clear bowl aren’t very secure. The screws came right out after moving the tower a couple times. Granted my kids were the ones moving the tower and they were dragging the towel at an angle, so a “normal” household with less active children might not have any issues. -The base of the tower isn’t completely flat so the tower does wiggle a little if the cats are really jumping on and off. They haven’t come anywhere near knocking the tower over so it’s sturdy enough though. While it isn’t a negative for me since my cats are young, the tower isn’t carpeted. This makes for easy cleaning but for a home with an older cat (or cats) I could see how a fully carpeted tower might be preferred. For the price I still think this is a good tower and is sure to last many years!

Pros: *Strong and stable *Very nice appearance Cons: *Too small for cats to easily climb and play on *Much more expensive than other cat trees with more open and inviting design This cat tree looks very nice. However, when assembling, I realized that it was very short and has little clearance on the lower half for our cats to climb up easily. I believe it is visually offputting to them and making them think there is no easy way up. I tried picking them up and putting them on higher parts, but they wanted no part of it and almost immediately jumped off. They don't mind using the scratching post legs on the bottom, but they are not interested in climbing it. The clear bowl on the upper level seems to particularly scare them, and if I try to put any of them in it or near it, they try hard to get away rather than letting me set them down. Bottom line, for me at least, is that this was a very disappointing pickup, especially at a price as much as double over layouts which I know my cats would use. Perhaps it is just my cats being neurotic, but that does not help my feelings about this product. Maybe your cats will like it, all I can say is that mine do not and it is a waste of money and space.
