I had some issues setting it up out of the box, but it was below zero temperatures the day it was delivered which may have contributed to that. Amazon support helped me quickly and I've had no issues since. After about a month of daily use, this all in one unit works great for work and grad school purposes. The unit is quite top heavy in comparison to the stand, so I got some heavy duty Velcro strips to secure it to my desk as it seemed likely to topple over if someone walked past too quickly or if the desk wobbles a bit. The mouse and keyboard that come with it work well and the background lighting is a cool feature. It takes up much less space than the old desktop w/CPU from years ago. No issues with Wi-Fi, sound, storage capacity or lagging. It's so quiet to the point that I wonder if there's a fan installed at all?? It's never felt warm so there must be something keeping it cool. There is a permanent meal sticker with customer service contact info featured quite prominently on the front of the unit. I wish this were removable or placed on the back of the unit, but that's really my only complaint. Excellent computer overall, especially for the price. I do not use it for gaming though, so I'm not sure how well equipped it is for that. ... show more

My daughter has been begging me for a gaming station for months, and I was finally able to surprise her with this computer for Christmas! While it's not technically a "gaming" computer, it’s the perfect fit for her needs. She mostly plays simple games like Roblox, so this computer is more than enough to handle it without breaking the bank. The size of the computer is ideal for her new desk, and I love how everything is built into the monitor—super sleek and space-saving. But the best feature, hands down, is the light-up keyboard, mouse, and mouse pad! My daughter absolutely loves it, and it adds that extra touch of excitement to her setup. For the price and what we needed it for, this computer was perfect. I’m so glad we didn’t go for a thousand-dollar gaming PC. EDIT: August 2025: This was previously a 5-star review but the lack of customer support with the Windows 11 rollout has forced me to change it. Been using almost daily and still runs well. Had a couple of BSOD errors earlier this month (figuring that was part of the end of Windows 10). Customer service is actually nightmarishly impossible to reach, especially since this Windows 10/no updates announcement within the 1-year warranty. I'm now in the market for ANOTHER computer because of this - I wouldn't purchase another product of theirs. Bought for school because typing 8-10 page papers on my Macbook was just not working out anymore. A lot of the specs are comparable to iMac, and It’s a very good dupe for a 2019 or earlier iMac if you’re an Apple fan, and I came to the conclusion that it’s a prime candidate for a Hackintosh (if you’re into that sort of customization). I purchased the 1TB, 16gb, i7 processor version so I might try to hack it when summer rolls around, because I do miss my Mac. Out of the box setup is easy, and Windows 10 does have some sign on features that allow you to use your phone. I turned off Cortana immediately. Microsoft Edge is annoying, but usable enough to not download Safari or Chrome ... show more

Upon receiving the device, I discovered that the cooling fan emitted an excessive amount of noise, which hindered my ability to concentrate on my tasks. They promptly replaced the computer I recently purchased from Amazon with a completely new and significantly improved model, without incurring any additional costs for me. This was to replace a Dell 7700 AIO that died at less than 4 years of use. I'm very happy With the STGSiver 24" at 1/3 the cost of the Dell. It is fast. I knew going in it had Windows 10. I installed Zorin Linux alongside of Windows 10 as my main operating system. The STG was just as fast as the Dell with Windows, but is even better using Zorin OS. Tech assist was excellent.
