He has had it for less than a week but absolutely in love! We got this for my stepsons 14th birthday and set it up while he was gone with his grandma! He games a lot! It was so easy to set up and use! It is fast and he uses it for gaming a most of the time and it doesn’t lag! Too bad I can’t give it a “0”. Most reviews for this pc are decent so i decided to go with it. Not even a day plugged in, and the problems started. Mouse and keyboard lights would go off and freeze. Had to restart for it to work again. Monitor would get lines and only way to fix it would be by plugging and unplugging the portal display cord and or hdmi. Pc worked during initial set up activation and then probably 1 hour after that and that was it. Mind you, it did not come with either. I bought and tried both cables and none worked. And then all of the sudden it turned on and went green. My screen went green, nothing I could do after that. After 24 hours of stressing with something that should not be happening with a brand new pc I quit. Laggy also. Fault motherboard ? Fault ports ? Monitor is fine as I tested it elsewhere. PC is the real issue. Spend a little more money and get something better please. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This thing is a beast right out of the box easy fast setup playing games in the highest setting in less than an hour from unboxing. i was playing games pc exclusive games like bodycam, house party, sons of the forest, gta 5m RP servers with all on the ultra/highest graphic settings with out a stutter or hiccup. There is a total of 9 fans keeping this thing cool is no problem and it’s super quiet no spaceship or vacuum sounds lol. You have to get the amd 5700 version those other 2 models they offer with smaller graphics cards for cheaper are junk. Came with a really LOUD Bluetooth sound bar could be used for the living room it’s so loud, came with wired mouse and keyboard that are okay but I already had a wireless mouse n keyboard, came with the rgb mouse pad which pretty nice, overall definitely worth the money, I also play on my Xbox series x and this pc makes the Xbox games look like from PlayStation 2 in comparison ... show more

1st PC, the power supply died after 45 days. The replacement arrived with a loose RAM chip, fan controller was unplugged, and the SSD tray isn't mounted securely, or at all. Amazon stated that the STGA PC's had a common PSU failure problem. I'd say that's only the tip of the broken low quality iceburg. ☆Updat, replacement PC arrived, GPU is DOA! What a POS! The hardware is outdated, so windows 11 wont run the outdated graphics driver. this is NOT a gaming PC, its a low budget piece of crap! ... show more
