Purchased the unit for my brother in law for his birthday, got it all set up but for the life of me the unit refused to connect to internet, I trouble shooter more times than I can count and it refused saying the connection didn't exist. Thankfully I had a spare USB wifi connector and as soon as I plugged it in it worked great, only docking the star count for the fault connector. I agree with the others that have had problems. I only bought this so my wife could play Dayz with me, about 6 months and maybe 4 game sessions for maybe 2 hours at a time and I can't get past the bios and it won't find the hard drive. I can't even find a customer service option to even talk about the crap quality they are providing. Ill change this review is someone from the company gets ahold of me but as of now, I would not recommend it. ... show more

**update** we replaced the Ram and it works fine. Ram failed after 2 months everything else is good. I’ll take back my one star and give it 4. The first one we received wouldn't power on. We figured something probably got jarred loose during shipping so we returned it and received the replacement. My 10 year uses this computer for mainly games like Roblox, Fortnite or Youtube. We got it set up on 3/4 and here we are just over 2 months later and the computer is completely unusable. Any app that is opened will instantly freeze the computer and it will throw an error code. It's thrown multiple different ones indicating everything from the Ram to the motherboard. I'm livid. We did a complete reset of the entire thing and it is still nothing more than a very heavy, expensive, unusable paperweight. My 10 year old saved all of his Christmas and Birthday money for a year to get this garbage, unacceptable. ... show more

Very cool and very fast (processing) computer. It looks just like in the photos. It also has a controller to adjust the lights for your liking, or you can turn them off. So this is my 4th PC I’ve bought for my daughter to meet her gaming needs. We finally found a keeper!! Not only does it look really cool in her room with all the lights, it’s a beast when it comes to processing and games. I’ve watched her play all of her games and there is zero lag and outstanding smooth graphics !! My only complaint would be to come with a larger hard drive. Incompatible with windows 11! Only allows for windows 10 and below which service is ending for in October 2025! This is different from what it states in the description. Don’t let yourself be fooled.
