Worst purchase I've ever made. We bought this premade Pc for my son as a Christmas gift rather than buying him a new graphics card for his current pc. It worked one day and then went black. The graphics card went out. Contacted the phone number and provided for support, took forever for them to reply and work through the issue and agree it was the graphics card. They asked that we send the graphics card to them before they would send us a replacement, we did. Never got a new one, the only response we have gotten after 20 emails is "we'll look into it." I got this computer for my son for graduation, he wanted a new gaming computer. He is very happy with the computer's performance. He mostly plays online games, with higher end graphics, so he needed something that would work for that. We did have an issue with the video card, it just stopped displaying. Contacted the customer service email, got a response quickly. They sent us a shipping label to send the video card back, and as soon as it shipped, they sent a replacement. The media could not be loaded. Bought the PC as a Christmas gift for my son and to say the least, I had a vey disappointed and upset 16-year old. He was more than excited about his present, set it up and then started it up. It keeps shutting off after 2 seconds and doesn’t stay running. Got this PC for Christmas and ever since I got it all I had were problems. It crashed a lot and I've had to reset it so many times because it would just refuse to start up games at times. Some of the fans stopped working one by one until at one point the entire PC just crashed and would not boot back up. Reseting doesn't work and now I need an entirely new PC. ... show more

Bought this pc about 6 months ago. Constantly had problems with the monitor staying connected then it started booting up to only a black screen. Took it in to get fixed and was told all the parts in it are 12 plus years old. SCAM!!
