  • Harpers Welcome Wagon 👧👍
Style: Neighborhood Wagon
I recently purchased the Step 2 Neighborhood Wagon for my first grandbaby, Harper coming in a few weeks. After we assembled it, Claire (2 yoa), jumped in and took a ride around the house; she loves it. At the baby shower, Mason (1 yoa), got in it and wanted a ride...he also loved it and didn't want to get out. These are our findings: PROS: Good value for price; Very sturdy plastic material and workmanship; 2 seats in wagon that are opposite of each other; Seat belts; Cup holders for each child (2) Food holders; Depth of wagon seems to be a good depth so the child doesn't topple out easily; Wipes off/easily cleaned; Smooth surfaces that allow easy placement of vinyl lettering, Fairly easy assembly. CONS: I find it rather hard/cumbersome to maneuver/steer in places (backing up, turning corners, etc) *main reason for the deduction of 🌟🌟 was due to it not maneuvering easily the pull handle has an awkward design, which may be the reason for the steering, backing issue? Assembly-some of letters "L" and "R" (for left/right) are not easily seen on parts. Once we use it more, I will update my review. ... show more

  • Great Ride!
Style: Neighborhood Wagon
Birthday gift for my 3 year old granddaughter. I'm usually capable of putting things together, but this was not one of them. I asked my neighbor and it took 3 of them to put it together. Instructions in all languages were listed together, not by indivdual pages. BTW.. My neighbors have put together and taken apart race cars. The difficulty could have been the size and awkwardness of the wagon itself. When I pulled the wagon across the street, my 3 year old granddaughter was jumping up and down, squealing and clapping. Neighbors saw this and said "Seeing her that happy was worth it". She treats it like her first car. Cannot pull through any mud! The 2 seater gives her plenty of room for her, her stuffed animals and baby dolls!! ... show more

  • Forget the rest, get this one. Trust me.
Style: Neighborhood Wagon
It's durable strong and a very smooth ride.. you know those suitcases with 4 wheels like the really nice ones which move so smoothly.. it's kinda like that.. it's a push and pull wagon. The handle is really strong very easy to put together and its something we can use for a long time.. my daughter loves it, and so do I because it's so easy to maneuver and easy to go over grass sidewalks street.. we tried many before this is by far the best one ... show more

  • Poorly made product
Style: Neighborhood Wagon
I am actually pretty upset with this purchase. The wagon depth for children to sit is nice, but the front wheels are bent, and there is no way to contact the seller to have new ones sent. I feel like the wheels are going to fall off, that is the main thing (I don't even use it, because inam afraid the wheels will fall off while my daughter is in it). Instead of 90 degrees, they look like they are about 60 degrees. I don't think it is made that way, I just got poor wheels, and no contact to replace them. The wheels are also very loud (it is worth paying more to get a radio flyer with rubber wheels. ... show more

  • Decent for the price but upgrade if you can afford it.
Style: Neighborhood Wagon
I'm convinced that a requirement to making children's toys is that you don't have kids because there's no way that a parent would make something so difficult to assemble. First off, the caps have metal inside of them to grasp the metal axels and when you pound them in with a hammer, it leaves metal shavings on the wheels and the floor. Awesome when you have a toddler walking around barefoot. Secondly, the instructions are a joke. Nothing is labeled and the booklet is in black and white so half of the time, you can't tell what part they're using. I threw that away and used my common sense to put it together. It is sturdy which is good because we will be taking it on walks, to the lake, etc. Nothing was broken but it did almost fall out of the box when I brought it inside because the box was taped once on each side. Overall it's ok for the price but I'm definitely not encouraged to buy from Step2 again. ... show more

  • Good luck with the instructions!
Style: Neighborhood Wagon
I guess they sell this wagon to people of many languages and they thought "pictures" will get us through the assembling...well think again! There is nothing identifying the various parts...even size of the different washers...impossible to tell which washer to use when there is simply an arrow pointing to where this "circle" should be installed. We did have to work on the plastic holes that allows the wheels to swivel...at first I thought it was a disaster but with some work, we enlarged the hole and the wheels swivel properly. Only used for a few minutes with my 1 year old but so far it has moved properly. ... show more

  • Fun Wagon!
Style: Neighborhood Wagon
This wagon is very sturdy! I live on a ranch and needed a little wagon to haul my little granddaughter in. This is perfect. It maneuvers great through the grass and she absolutely loves getting pulled around. It has drink holders and snack holders on it too. My kids used to have the green one with the door when they were little and that was used FOR YEARS. This wagon is perfect and I intend to get a lot of use out of it! (Granddaughter approved!) ... show more

  • Absolute assembly hell
Style: Neighborhood Wagon
Just pictures, only a few words in the directions. The orientation of the diagrams makes it difficult. Steps are left out. The handle is almost impossible to line up with the body of the wagon. We had a series of people working on that part for a number of days. Nice wagon, but not worth the effort.
