I have an old Snapper mower that somebody put a commercial Honda motor on, so I'm never quite sure what was changed when the previous owner swapped motors. I have an old owners manual that I got online that appears to be my mower. I pulled a part number (7012354) from there and came up with this belt which replaces that part number. I recently attempted the install and this one is clearly too long...the drive wheels don't engage. Problem is, the belt broke late in summer around the time I usually let the lawn go for the winter and I can't find the broken one to measure it. Oh well...this belt is made in china FYI...but appears to be good quality. My search goes on. ***UPDATE 1/26/13*** Unable to find shorter belts for the Snapper mowers I called a local shop and talked to them. I learned of a way to adjust the drive linkage (the one that is engaged when you squeeze the right side lever on the handle.) The spring near the bottom is actually a spring threaded inside an outer spring...an unusual set up. So I was able to adjust it until I think the belt will be fine. I still wish I had the old belt to measure, as I would think the old one would be looser than the new one. ... show more

Great product. This belt restored the drive to my mower and it runs just like it did when I bought it. The original belt was worn down and it required me to push the mower a little before the belt would manage the self propelled part. Replaced it easily and the new belt looks like it will last for years. ... show more

Excellent fit for a used severely worn Drive Ring. Suggest finding and watching a video on how to replace the original if you have never done it before.
