To all those that were upset that this blade was not sharpened. I believe the reason is, one that it's got quite a heavy coat on it, I imagine to prevent cuts from the workers, and two the heavy coat is ideal for endurance. The heavier the heat treated coating the longer it will last. I took this blade downstairs and ground less than an 1/8th of an inch off the cutting part, and since I just received it today (10/30/19) I mounted it on my riding mower and went riding in the dark out of excitement. In Michigan we have leaf pickup, but I always mulch. I cut wet leaves tonight, and checked my path on my rider, and found no leaves left. I love this blade, and cant wait for the big winds to bring down my maple leaves. Can't go wrong if you use it right. ... show more

Great service. Very fast delivery. And the blade cuts wonderfully! The price was good and the service from this supplier is the best you can get. I would recommend this supplier and also the mower blade. This blade was for a rear engine, 28-inch, Snapper rider mower.
