It does only come with one wireless remote but I can tell you it reaches more than plenty and is easy to turn on and off. Get ready to pull whatever you want. So I was a little hesitant to buy a winch off of Amazon, but I did it just to get me by till my other one gets here. So far it has done good. Installed the same day it was delivered, took about 1 hour but could have been done a lot quicker, I had to pull the old winch off and fix my old bumper. Me and a buddy went to the beach and found a guy stuck in the mud and surf. Used the winch to pull him out. So it done one job so far. The winch is great for the price of the unit. It’s not a named brand but for the price it seems to be built well. We will see how long and how well it works in the coming weeks. I will update the review as time goes on. I will add I didn’t use the supplied hook, for a 13,500 winch the hook didn’t seem right. After a couple of months of use I can say this is a great winch. We live on the gulf coast of texas and have recovered many people stuck in the sand mud and water ... show more

Awesome winch for the money! Remote control didn't work, could be the battery in it was toast but I haven't changed it out yet to ascertain if that is indeed the problem. Everything else works great, very pleased!

(Bought on my wife’s account husband writing the review) To be fully honest, I bought this to make my vehicle look cooler which is why I didn’t spend $200 more on one from HF. It arrived quickly, was well packed and everything seemed to be of decent quality. I installed it as a hidden winch so it required a lot more work than if you mounted it normally. Because of that, I was sure to test it’s function as best as I could before fully installing. I have not used it fully yet because we have a newborn but intend to shortly. As of this moment, this gets 2 stars, i ordered the 13,000 lb winch with wireless remote, winch works great, easy to install, arrived almost on time, i did not however, receive any wireless controller, so, if i must return the winch to get my missing parts, it will be reduced to 1 star, if i can have my missing parts sent to me, it will be upgraded to 5 stars, we shall see. Amendment; Stegadon has reached out without prompting to rectify this problem, for the customer service and being willing to fix this issue so quickly, i qm adding 2 stars, for the absolute beast of a winch, i am adding the remaining star ... show more

    • MIssing remotes product different than last purchase AND picture
We have bought more than one of these. Ordered the 13,000 one. First one that arrived was 9,000 lb, not 13,000 and shipped with no remotes. So we returned it and ordered a replacement one. The second one came, IT was 13,000 lbs, but also no remotes. Very frustrating.
