The headset came with all the accesories, well packaged and in good conditions. Considering whai t paid for them, i can say it's a really good value for the price. The one thing to note: If you are in a hot weather, the non-breatheble cushions will catch the heat very quick. This is a problem with a 2 part solution: 1. Take at least a break after 1 hour of use and 2. You can buy the cloth sport cushions for under $20 an replace them with ease. I got these for my son he is 10 years old for his playstation 4 they are amazing they have a strap at the top so I can tighten or loosen the headphones up to fit his head perfectly they cover all of his ear the mic on it goes in and out of the headset instead of it having to be taken off and when u have them on to play games u can hear foot steps so clear and from pretty far away it seems 10/10 I would definitely recommend ... show more

Sound quality Clearly identified Surroundings, so you are able to identify where exactly the sounds are coming from. Every sound and voice are at the level you adjusted. So I open it everything looks fine plugged it in audio is messed up so I look to see what the problem was and the headphone jack is busted

    • Wrong all around
First came without the correct cables (no power cable), got a replacement which didn’t have a functional mic. Tried toggling the mute feature and didn’t make a difference. Will be returning these and buying a different headset. Sounds was decent but ultimately didn’t function as it should.

The sound quality is amazing, mic is crystal clear, the headset is super comfortable. Only thing I would say is if you have an iPhone and want to use it for music buy an aux to Lightning cable, otherwise amazing quality for being renewed.
