I picked this up to use at work, which might seem weird being as it's a gaming keyboard. I really wanted a keyboard that was similar to my ROG Strix Flare I use at home (but with a cheaper cost). I find using two differently shaped keyboards messes with my muscle memory. I can already tell I'm typing much better at work and making less typos since the key placement is nearly identical to my home keyboard. I really like the tactile feel of the keys. They aren't too clicky and have a nice travel. The resistance is nice and soft. Almost on par with my old Logitech G910 which had an amazing feel to the switches. I will say, compared to my ROG Strix Flare, the illumination on the keys letter seems much more dim. But the lighting around/under the keys is nice and bright and the white backing beneath the keys has a nice finished look and adds to the glow. I'm also liking the magnetized palm rest. I hate the rest on the ROG Strix Flare as it doesn't stay attached well when I move the keyboard around. This is a much better design, imo. I can't really speak to how this works for gaming but I don't see anything with the keyboard that might cause issues when gaming. For the price this cost (I got it on sale for $25) it's a great value without feeling like a budget RGB keyboard. ... show more

Pros: - The RGB is very nice and bright - Can customize the RGB to an extent using the Steelseries GG software - The additional wheel and button on the keyboard are both very useful, sadly I chose to look for a smaller keyboard and life has become Win+A. - Turn on the Air Conditioner and put on your headset (mine doesn't have ANC) and you will not hear the keys, but you surely will feel them well enough. Cons: - The RGB is not per key, this limits the customizability of the keyboard. - Is 50% louder in the morning. - Is wired (Yes, I'm that kind of person) Opinion: I live in NYC, there is no space for wires, buy it if you don't mind wires and don't care too much about customizability of RGB. Just opened it and am typing this review on it now. It replaced a razer cynosa lite keyboard I've had for some time that has seen its fair share of use. I've tried a bunch of different keyboards for gaming and general typing etc, (logitech, corsair, red dragon, razer etc) and have found as i get older, i like the membrane/brown keys the best. I don't like to listen to a bunch of clickity clack while i play and the membrane is smooth and consistent. This board is wonderfully balanced, and the keys all feel like they have a soft velvet or silk on them, there's no slip but actually grabs your fingers while you type or game. For the price and what you get out of the box with a plug and play keyboard, i have not a single problem with it. I'll likely end up using this board until it explodes or the keys stop working. I got it on sale for $24.98, 50% off! Seriously, for an RGB keyboard with a magnetic rest, it feels like a steal. Happy with the purchase! ... show more
