These are nicely made non-skid shoes with actual steel toe, not plastic! Didn't know what to expect, the last similar pair we ordered, also from Amazon but not this seller, had great steel toes, good comfort, but the heel inside the shoe and the sole wore out after just about 2 years of 4-5 day a week wear. Guess that's pretty good. These are built more like a running or walking shoe with the steel toe and no real "tongue" under the laces. The padding is very good foam, we will see if the sole, which has no black carbon tread, lasts as well. Until then, 5 stars! ... show more

My son put the shoe on for the first time and one BROKE/RIPPED at the lace hole!!!!! He had no choice but to rig it and wear them since he was leaving for work! Now stuck with a new, but broken shoe.... Comfortable, but quality is NOT as expected so far.

The shoes are great and have been a huge lifesaver, which my feet are thankful for everyday. The only issue is the laces. They’re too long and are made out of a very cheap material which is a bit annoying. They are steel toe and slip resistant as advertised but they didn’t last me longer than 2 months. I work at a retail store so if you’re working anything harder than that please don’t buy them. The holes for the laces are made of cheap foam and when I tried tightening the laces the foam got torn and now need a new pair. The shoe is very comfortable but is in no way durable. ... show more
