Item was supposed to be brand new and clearly it was not. The steamer is supposed to come with a travel bag. First order I received was a yoga mat. Not even the correct order. 2nd order was not new and missing the bag. Buyers beware. This is not acceptable.

Discovered this during our stay at the Fontainebleau in Vegas recently and knew I had to have one. Ordered on Amazon as soon as I got home! I had a very inexpensive one already but it doesn’t compare to this one. I’m not sure how or why but it works so much better- it’s so much faster to steam a garment with the Steamery- I no longer have to change my mind about what to wear based on something needing to be steamed. Waiting to see second try…not as much steam anticipated for linen clothing so will try again. Expensive product, looks great, easy to hold but not much steam and the holder for distilled water is very small so needs to be refilled after 1 shirt.
