Quality and substantial metal construction is very solid and secures the monitor in place very well...doesn't move (or wobble) until you want to move it and holds the 24 inch monitor I have level (unlike the HP Ergotron swing arm one this one replaced). It also was very easy to assemble by this 70 year old by himself and the clamp holds everything very securely to the desktop. This should meet all my needs for years to come and it is definitely worth the slightly higher price over other ones I considered (many that appeared to have some plastic parts)...you get what you pay for is often true! ... show more

I purchased 2 of these for our remote truck. They support a 20 and a 32 inch display. While the mounting pattern did not match the 32 inch display, it was easy to fabricate a mounting plate to the display which could then take advantage of the mounting hole pattern on the adjustable monitor arm. The arm supports a generous amount of weight and easily handles the larger display. The adjustable mount is heavy metal. Our monitors are held safely in place when our truck goes out on productions. The adjustment mount supports the monitors nice and tight. The position does not have to be readjusted when we arrive on site. ... show more

These are holding my Samsung 28" monitors perfectly. They are strong and allow the movement I desire. One note is that I was hoping to have my monitors lifted off of my desk quite a bit, but because the VESA mount on the monitors is not centered, and is towards the top of the monitor, my monitors ended up being at the same height as before. By flipping them upside down, I have gained the height, but have to deal with issues such as viewing the monitor at angles for which viewing wasn't intended. Ultimately, the setup works, but I wanted to mention this in case someone had the same plan. This comes with the connector/clamp as shown in the picture, but also a second option for mounting. I'm not clear of how that works though. ... show more

Good single monitor stand, fitted a 30" LCD to it. Using the stand in a rv, the stand is definately strong enough to use in a moving vehicle. Comes with a fixed base mount as well as a clamp base mount. Only draw back is the swivel is a little under built for the posted monitor weight allowed, but the rest of the mount is solid. Bought this for my Apple Thunderbolt 2 monitor. What I liked is that it has a specific mount for the Apple monitor and I did not need to buy the VESA adapter for it. It's not super adjustable, but I've not needed to adjust it yet so YMMV. It has feed up all the space under monitor so it gives me more desk depth. ... show more

So I read the review of that guy who managed to make it work with his G9 which convinced me to buy this over the much more expensive Ergotron. What a mistake I did. Before trying to place the screen on I spray-painted the arm in matte black to fit my decor. I feel like a true idiot now because there’s no way it can hold the 31lbs 49” curved screen. I’ve tried to tighten everything to the max but still not working. IF YOU HAVE A G9 DON’T BUY THIS ... show more

I looked and looked for which arm is going to hold the weight of my Samsung 49" monitor and this is the only one that I could find at about $101.00 (as of April 2020). It is easy to install and easy to set up. Because of the weight of my screen the arm kept hanging down over time. Like it was slowly sliding down. All I had to do is tighten the bolt of the arm and now it is fixed 100%. It does not come down at all since April to now August. To customize the bottom vertical tube that holds the arm, I wrapped it with a silver carbon fiber wrap which look really good. I hope my review will be helpful for any of you that look for mounting your 49 inch monitor. Also, it does not flush completely with the wall at the back, it is about 3 inch forward. ... show more
