The media could not be loaded. Missing several of the tools required to assemble, the wire connectors for the kill switch aren't even the same type , and there is absolutely no assembly directions anywhere to be found there's also 1 piece that I have no idea where it goes

I ordered a power screed with a Honda engine. I received a tamp with a stark engine. My workers put it together before I caught it. This literally happens all the time when you’re using Amazon. When you run a business with 20 employees you don’t have time to do Amazon’s job for them. Amazon knows that busy people aren't going to take the time to go through all the phone calls, repackage, arrange a tractor trailer and return these larger items. Amazon take no responsibility unfortunately. They are so big, they don’t care. And we also have no recourse. I have made thousands of orders through Amazon. And at least 50 over the past 10 years that cost more than $400.00. Of all my large orders, less than 50 percent are correct, and are not broken. When you factor in your personal or professional time trying to return, you should got to your local retailed and buy the item. At least there you can deal with knowledgeable people who care, and not these thieves who have more power than God and can do whatever they want ... show more
