I had the old fashioned ones of these for a while, just waiting for a highball quad to come into stock. They finally did and I bought them immediately due to the sturdiness and beauty of the old fashioned ones. The design on the outside makes them so easy to grip and they are thick and nice to drink out of. The design starts down low enough so your lips aren't on it. If you're on the fence about these or the old fashioned, I'd say pull the trigger and get them both. I am probably going to buy one more of each so I have 8 glasses of each kind. I really like the look and feel of the glasses. They have a nice weight. That's where my favorable rating ends. It states clearly on the box that these glasses are dishwasher safe. I purchased 8 glasses only a few weeks ago and 3 have cracked or completely broken after being washed in the dishwasher. I'm down to 5 glasses now in only a matter of a few weeks. I have placed these glasses very carefully in the dishwasher so no other items would clank against them, so that isn't the problem. I'm very disappointed in these glasses and feel I wasted my money on them. Now I have to purchase something new. ... show more

The glasses look great and seem durable. However, months after using them, one of them inexplicably cracked while filled with a cold beverage. I reached out to the company to see if they could replace the defective glass and haven’t heard anything back from them months later. Beware, you could spend $40 and have one of these randomly crack on you months into owning them... ... show more
