I've long used large mixing wands for paint in one-gallon cans, but I often use paints in quart and even pint-size containers. That's where these little guys work a charm - just pop one in your drill and off you go. I've used these mixers on interior and exterior house paint and on artists' acrylic paints and they worked well for those purposes. I've used these exclusively with paints that clean up with water, and these mixers can be cleaned easily under a faucet. I'm guessing clean up with mineral spirits would be a bit more time consuming. These plastic mixers are low-cost and could be considered disposable at the price, but I've been able to use one of them several times.

Dislike smaller than picture, atleaat wanted gallon mixer but this is quart size. Over all good for that and gonna make do with what I have.will pay more attention to detail than pictures . But good Quality item.

They do the job but make sure you don’t run at super high speed as they are all plastic and will flop around unlike a sturdy metal shaft one. I recommend them. I gave a 1 star on the easy to clean because I use them for epoxy and well we all know how it is trying to clean off epoxy. You basically don’t and just let it cake on the paddles over time.

I purchased these because I was tired of mixing resin and silicone for molds by hand. I have been very successful in eliminating bubbles so using these was not of huge concern. What a difference these have made in my life, they not only mix the parts better, but are also totally efficient in mixing in colors, especially mica powders. I will say that cleaning them is a little more difficult than I would have hoped. After using them I wipe them down with a paper towel to get most of the excess off and then swish them around in some 91% Isopropyl Alcohol. There are some small creases in these that are difficult to clean out, but it does not really detract from the value they provide for me. I will be using these consistently moving forward and would be happy to recommend them to other crafters using resin or silicone for molding.

I bought these to mix small quantities of automotive paint for graphic designs and does "NOT" hold well to chemical in automotive paint, plastic mixer starts desolving. Can't beat metal but couldn't find them small most are for gallons or above.

These are great for the money but to warn you, if you’re using them for epoxy they create lots of bubbles. But if you’re using a heat gun to remove the bubbles in your work, then it doesn’t matter that much. Was really easy to clean with denatured alcohol and I’m still using the first one out of them all. I’ve used the first one probably 8x now and works great especially in a impact drill with the built in quick connect chuck on the ends of them. Will work in ANY drill!

Only about 6 inches long, very thin, and made extremely cheap. Looks like a kids toy and most likely would melt if used with some chemicals. Not long enough for most mixing containers and although inexpensive, NOT WORTH THE MONEY. While the description "may" be accurate, I expected much more quality than received. and was shocked when I opened the package. I do not understand the reviews being ok. this is pure crap! DO NOT BUY.
