My first Swiss Army backpack lasted 10 years through airport / airplane travel, professional college courses, and as an everyday work backpack. That bag had 6 total pockets compared to this bag’s 9! Different sizes for items and a lockable pocket for your tablet and/or laptop. It also has a spot for a portable battery pack to charge your phone on the go (pack not included by the cord is). The straps are comfy with adjustments that are easy to use. The flow vent to allows air to pass between your back and the bag, which is helpful on those warm days. Also a spot to hang your sunglasses on the arm strap in the event you want quick access to them! Overall this bag can hold a lot and looks to be as durable as my last one.

I had a Swiss Gear back pack and replaced it with this one for business travel i has the same strength and durability of the more expensive back pack. Great value for the money.

If you read the older reviews with pictures you will see for some reason the backpack changed from a name brand to StarCloud but it's the same backpack. It's large, very well organized and has the quality materials of the more expensive name brand. But I'm almost wondering if the reason the branding changed is it has a major design flaw in that while there is a fancy black foam tablet holder with strap, there is no where you can secure a laptop from sliding around. The other downside is this is borderline small enough to fit under most airline seats. If it was stuffed full, probably a no go on that. Would have to go in the overhead bin.

I've been looking for a backpack to replace one an old job gave us when we started. I've tried messenger bags and many other backpacks, but this one actually holds all the stuff I want it to (and more). There is space for two laptops (including my old, larger 15.6" ZBook) as well as lots of other pockets and spaces for other day-to-day stuff , or, while traveling away from home essentials. There is one minor issue with the zipper pulls where they get out of kilter which makes them harder to use, and the one compartment that has the ability to lock the zipper pulls is a nice idea, but anyone who steals the entire backpack would be able to easily cut their way in so I'm not sure how much of a value add the lock is. I also wish the compartment that has the USB cable that allows for a power bank to be connected had a pouch of some size to hold the device. as there's no way to contain the power bank., but the functionality and build quality more than offset these minor complaints. I'm extremely pleased with how this holds both my work and personal laptops as well as all the other stuff I seem to need on an irregular basis (and don't want to do without if possible). The material is of a higher quality and doesn't feel or seem flimsy when in use. A really nice backpack that I'm very glad I can now use on a daily basis.

I recommend this backpack, it has a lot of space, my only problem is, they bend it when shipping it, so now I have a bend in this great backpack that I cannot straighten out, no matter what I do.
