Very impressed with the packaging. I was worried that since these were glass bottles that some of them would be cracked especially because I live in Hawaii and All deliveries have to be transferred between several islands before it reaches mine. There were dividers between each bottle so none of them touched the other keeping them nice and safe. I bought them on sale but even without the sale the price seems fair as buying them at a local store would cost a lot more. These are my favorite flavor. It taste the same if not better than when I first tried them years ago. I appreciate the size of each bottle, enough to satisfy the sweet tooth but not too much that any goes to waste. I love to have these slightly frozen so they are like a Frappuccino slushy but careful because the glass will break if left in the freezer too long. ... show more

Arrived as it said it would. On time and nothing broken. I was afraid they might spoil in transport due to it being peak of summer when they were ordered. They were shipped very neatly and in a thick box that kept them cool even after being left on my porch. I’m very happy with the size, taste and the value for what I paid. Mocha is the only flavor I will buy now that I've started reading the ingredient lists on everything. These ones are yummy and they don't have any additives. I think it's a good value to buy the case. It's nice to have them on hand for myself or to offer to guests.

This is the package I just received when I got home. Two bottles are already broken. The difficulty is to clean all the bottles immediately. I have ordered Starbucks coffee multiple times and often purchase it at Walmart

I live in Florida near an Amazon distributor. This product was shipped from California to my front door. I ordered 2, 12 packs of mocha. The bottles were all intact. Very sturdy packing. Still can't understand why it was shipped from California. Why aren't there other Amazon warehouses or distributors keeping this in stock? Otherwise, great product.
