I seriously love these sooooo much. I worked at starbucks for a few years until recently, so I really miss my free partner beverages or even just the discount. Thank goodness I took my barista skills with me though. ;) I honestly don't care for most of the Nespresso brand pods I have tried, I also just hate paying for them too, probably because I just don't like the taste.. though these are the same price IT IS SO WORTH IT! IT'S SO DELICIOUS. I am seriously obsessed with these! Not to mention, I save money now that I don't spend $5 at Starbucks per day.. the price for 50 pods is equivalent to 6-7 drinks at starbucks. Depending how many shots of espresso you use per drink, this could be like 25-50 drinks!! I just have so many great things to say. Obviously, I HIGHLY recommend these! If anyone even really read this or cares enough to about how I make just a few of my drinks here it is: Iced Caramel Macchiato: I buy the starbucks macchiato creamer, the Ghirardelli caramel sauce (not as amazing as the starbucks caramel sauce but still delicious), milk or almond milk (I switch back and forth), and obviously these pods! I put some of the caramel sauce in at the bottom of the cup to make it sweet, add 2 shots of espresso to that and mix it so it melts the sauce, then just a small amount of the creamer, the rest with regular milk, and add the ice! ****I will put drizzle on top sometimes or even use a little skim milk & froth it with a hand held milk frother for cold foam, maybe a little salt with the foam for a little salted caramel vibe! Iced Mocha I use the Hershey's chocolate syrup, milk, espresso, and ice. I only put a little chocolate & add 2 shots of espresso to mix it, then add the milk and ice. I will taste it before the ice usually to see if I want more chocolate. Iced white mocha/ caramel white mocha: I used the starbucks white mocha creamer, milk, Ghirardelli caramel sauce, espresso, and ice. I usually just put a little white mocha creamer in the cup and add 2 shots of espresso/ I will put the caramel sauce at the bottom first, then espresso, then creamer IF I want the caramel white mocha. Then of course just the milk and ice. Also.. just super simple and not as sweet. I really like to drink a hot or iced latte with a little of the silk brand vanilla almond milk creamer & espresso. Of course this isn't super fancy or anything but it is very delicious! Hopefully someone actually reads my long book here and tries one of these ~copycat starbucks drinks~ I made up and loves it as much as I do. :) ... show more

Ok so heads up this will be a weird review and I am giving this such a high review for a reason despite the fact that I hate starbucks coffee. But here is why it gets a perfect review other than price: The espresso blend tastes precisely like starbucks. The low reviews must have bought this not expecting to get starbucks burnt to crud coffee taste as I describe it to my wife (to us espresso snobs). The thing though is, if you ARE a starbucks drinker this hits the starbucks taste so precisely I think it may well taste better to a starbucks drinker than nespresso by a metric mile. Drink a sip straight out of the shot. This tastes more bitter and strong than a darkhan and maybe even the khazaar. It definitely tastes more unique than either. I respect starbucks a bit more now, because this really is a unique and powerful taste. I just don't like it. To a normal drinker as I said it is like drinking burnt to crud coffee, to a starbucks drinker it is perfect. In other words if you like starbucks, this should be a perfect review. 9.75 out of 10 for matching taste which is unreal out of this machine. This is a review of Starbucks by Nespresso, Intense Variety Pack (50-count single serve capsules, 10 of each flavor I've tried many third-party nespresso capsules and have not found any that were as good as Nespresso coffee. Until now. These Starbucks coffee filled Nespresso capsules are great if you like Starbucks coffee. I do and I really like the taste of these. Good crema and the aluminum capsules have worked perfectly in my Essenza Mini machine. You get 5 sleeves, each containing 10 aluminum capsules. Here's the breakdown and recommended serving size: - 2-Caffé Verona - Espresso 40ml - 1-Blonde - Ristretto 25ml, Espresso 40ml - 1-Columbia - Espresso 40ml, Lungo 110ml - 1-Pike Place - Lungo 110ml They cost more than the lesser quality third-party capsules but bad coffee is never worth it as far as I am concerned. I'd rather pay a bit more but know that I am going to like what I'm about to drink. ... show more

I worked for Starbucks for 7 years and fell in LOVE with Blonde espresso when it launched. I left the company and, to reduce my plastic use/save the turtles, I bought a Nespresso to make my iced coffees at home. It was meant to be because now that I can buy the Blonde pods and rock my black apron skills at home, I am delighted! PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE THIS BECAUSE I WILL HAVE TO GO BACK TO WORKING AT STARBUCKS TO GET MY CAFFEINE FIX AND MY NIGHTMARES FINALLY STOPPED ... show more

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Just watch the video. It says it all. The capsules come out of a fresh box dented and does not get punctured. When it does the coffee it produces is very watery. Please don’t buy this product
