Gave Me Back Some Independence
Color: Black Walnut Size: Standard
After my an accident in my 30s left me and my spine with life altering injuries I found myself needing a walker to help me to get around, especially with new balance and proprioception impairments. The standard $20 folding metal walkers probably impede walking more than they help it as they're not terribly sturdy and if you can't lift them properly between taking steps (slowing your walking speed) they will catch on ever rock, pavement change or fiber of carpet. I prefer to the rollator walker because it's so smooth and there's a certain amount of relieved anxiety I never knew I had by knowimg that I'll always have a place to sit when I need to and that I have the means to carry things without asking for help. The only drawback of these rollators is that if I want to go out with a friend or via lyft/uber I can't count on their being space in the car from the former or help from the latter as it's too heavy and cumbersome for me to get in and out of a car without sliding it along the bumper. This walker is so light weight that I can easily get it in and out of a car and even have it with me at the seat. It has a strong and sturdy design. The wheels and mini skis that it glides can sometimes catch on things but it won't put you at a fall risk like the standard walker. Because this walker is so light it takes some getting used to as it's very easily influenced by carpet and other floors to wander from side to side. Putting a bit more weight on it will solve the problem. My favorite feature is that by nature of how it folds, if you dont lock it in place you can easily slightly close the walker, while still depending on it to keep you upright, to get narrow if you're walking through areas that won't allow for the full expanded width of the walker. This is especially helpful when you're trying to get through a crowd of people. The bag that comes on the front isn't great for carrying much and as soon as you use it for anything not flat the fabric stretches out and looks saggy. Other replacement bags that give you more storage or cup holders won't work because to close the walker with a bag atrached it can't be rigid as it must crumple inward as the metal folds. This is one are I feel could use improvement, as could the option for a cupholder accessory. ... show more

Lightweight portable
Color: Desert Sand Size: Standard
I’ve owned multiple walkers. The second time I bought this model they’re lightweight. They fold easy and they’re fairly sturdy even though there’s no seat on it I prefer this walker.

Has a tendency to roll left
Color: Sport Red Size: Standard
Folds compactly, easy to stow in vehicle, light, sturdy. Has a tendency to roll to left. Cross bar on outside provides more torque to left side wheel. Takes a bit of practice to go in a straight line. Overall a very good product.

Terrific invention!
Color: Cobalt Blue Size: Short
This will be the second one of these I have purchased for someone. They are so convenient, lightweight, and portable. Especially if your a traveller. It folds up like an umbrella, and can be used like a cane. It's genius.

Truthful description
Color: Regal Rose Size: Standard
I purchased this walker for my sister with intellectual disabilities. She suffers from osteoarthritis of both knees and surgery is not an option. Her previous walker was hard for her to maneuver around corners and heavy. A friend recommended the Wonder Walker and it is perfect! My sister's gait has improved, she is walking at a faster pace and loves it. Her physical therapist was very pleased with the improvement of my sister's mobility. It is light weight and so easy for me to handle while transport ing her to appointments. Highly recommend. ... show more

The walker is really better than ok...BUT....
Color: Black Walnut Size: Standard
The walker is really better than OK, but i am upset over the Glides on the bottom of the legs. You might have to replace the glides every 6 weeks.....and i do not like that. It is a very good walker, compact, light, opens and closes rapidly, stores easily, fits in the car easily....the pouch in front does come in handy. When I purchased the EZ Walker i Called Stander to ask about the glides on the legs. I never had a walker before....the plastic just looked like the wrong plastic to have gliding along the ground. I told stander how i would be using it and they told me the glides should last about 8 months. I felt that was reasonable...If they told me i would be buying these every 6 weeks or find a way to buy in bulk so i would have them when needed, I probably would have returned the item even though it looked good. I own the product about 6 weeks and both glides broke. I called Stander and they said the warranty on the glides are only for six weeks and they will send me a pair at not charge. They were nice, but for a walker of this standard they should upgrade the plastic. I do not know which type of plastic is stronger .....but they make all sorts of plastics designed for abuse....Many guns are made of plastic...I hope Stander reads this. It is a very good product but with a very weak link. ... show more

Great purchase
Color: Sport Red Size: Standard
Purchase this walker because of its portability. I needed something that would fit easily in my car and this certainly fits the bill it folds easily and I can put it in the backseat of my car behind the driver seat. It’s very light only 7 emeror 8 pounds, however it’s still sturdy. It’s easily adjustable to the height that you need and comes completely assembled. ... show more
