Road trip warmth that actually delivers
Color: Red/Black Plaid
I bought this heated car blanket for cold mornings on the road and for camping trips when the evenings get chilly. I wanted something compact I could plug into the car and still have warmth for both front and back seats. The fleece throw is lightweight and folds up easily, with a red plaid look that fits in with the camping vibe without looking like a bulky gadget. It measures about 59 by 43 inches, which gives plenty of coverage without taking up a ton of space. In everyday use it works as expected. I plug the 12-volt cord into the cigarette lighter and the blanket heats up quickly, staying warm until I unplug. The cord is long enough to reach all seats, so back seat passengers can stay comfortable on long trips without crowding the driver. It’s soft against the skin and the thin heating wires keep the heat steady without being overwhelming. What stood out is how convenient it is to move between vehicles or into the RV when we stop for breaks. It’s lightweight, folds into a compact bundle, and the included storage case with handles makes it easy to stash in a trunk or camping bag. The warmth is reliably cozy, and I appreciate not having to run the car heater at full blast. One small caveat is that it needs to be plugged in to stay warm, and the care is spot clean only not machine washable, so a quick wipe is all you get. Still, given how quickly it heats up and how well it covers the lap or seat, I’m happy with the purchase. Overall it earns a five star rating.

The company has good customer service!
Color: Navy Blue
UPDATE: 4/26/26 This blanket was bought in November 2025. It continues to keep me warm on chilly nights in my van. I highly recommend based on its performance so far! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I thought at first it didn’t work because I had it laid out on a bed in my camper and kept running my hands over it periodically. I contacted the company and before I heard back I decided to plug it in again and sit under it. It rotates on and off so obviously I was feeling it each time it was off because it worked like a charm and kept me warm. It is not super warm but without adjustable settings I found it comfortable and J plan to keep it. Plus when I did hear from the company I got excellent customer service. I am pleased with my purchase.

Soft, warm, used on my leather non-heated seats
Color: Gray Plaid
Wish it were a little warmer, but still works well. I put it on my non heated leather seat in January when we had single digit temps in the morning. It made a big difference. The fabric is nice and soft as well.

Great Value; doesn’t draw too much power, so long as I pay attention to time it is on.
Color: Navy Blue
This is my new go to emergency cold weather blanket in my RV. I have separate house batteries so power consumption won’t interfere with starting the vehicle’s engine in the morning. I have plenty of blankets, but on really cold nights, this really helps me not need to feel buried in a whole pile of stuff on top of me. I love it, it is soft, plenty thick, heats well, and sure seems completely safely made.

My cars heater took a poop
Color: Gray Plaid
My cars heater took a poop in the middle of winter and I would have to drive 2 hours a day freezing my booty off. This is obviously 12V so it’s not assss warm as I would have liked it but it definitely helped sustain me in the car!

Very handy
This blanket is excellent to have when travelling. i am anemic so I am always cold when others in the car have to have the ac on full blast. This blanket keeps me warm and heats up fast.

Nice blanket, but… Nice blanket, but…
Color: Black/White Plaid
This blanket is pretty good, but there is a couple things you should note before purchase. One; this blanket doesn’t have multiple heat settings and isn’t very high-end. You just plug it in and it heats up. Nothing else. If you are wanting one with multiple settings, don’t settle for a $20 blanket. Two, this blanket was made for the car, specifically older models with cigarette ports. If you have a newer car that lacks these ports, or if you plan to use the blanket inside the house, you will need to purchase a cigarette-to-USB cord shown in the third picture. Three, this blanket is not the softest or the thickest; it is made of a felt-like material that is semi-soft. If you want a super soft blanket, buy something else. But, I’m not complaining; you are gonna get what you pay for. It does what it’s says it’ll do, and as a shorter individual, it covers my whole body just fine. So, it’s not anything special, but if you only got 20 bucks and you want a heated blanket, by all means, buy it.

It works
Color: Black/White Plaid
I bought this to plug into my power station while camping. The wattage is low enough to run it most of the night from a 300w power station. Its just enough heat to warm you up and take the chill away. Its also perfect for a car emergency kit.
