I love these carpet treads! They are very affordable and look great on my wooden stairs. They were super easy to install, no kinks or imperfections, adhered well and staying on with no issues. Aside from adding a nice look, they also provide comfort and safety for bare feet. Now my stairs are not as slippery and feel more comforting to walk on. They are also easy to clean. So far, I have been able to vacuum them nicely, but they are supposed to be machine washable if needed. I loved these so much, I ordered a second set for my other staircase.

Got these for our uncarpeted stairs that lead to the basement floor and backyard because our dog kept slipping on the hard floor and was scared to go down unprompted. They look good, stay secure and lay flat on the floor without sticking up or curling and the color goes well with the rest of the floors. We’ve had them for months now without issue and my dog has no problem going down the stairs on her own anymore. We only had a few stairs to cover so I have plenty extra tucked away in case they do start to curl or wear over time but so far we’ve had no issues and have gotten compliments. Very easy to install and uninstall to rearrange as necessary. I was worried that they wouldn’t stick as well after peeled up but so far they have maintained their stickiness when needed while not damaging the floor underneath. Great value for the price. Very worth it.

Got these for my vinyl covered stairs for looks and noise reduction and so far, they're exactly what I wanted. Color is accurate as shown for the beige ones. They're easy to install, though I didn't have to cut mine; seem well made and stick well (although they're intended for wood floors, not vinyl) even after repositioning a few times. They clean easily with a vacuum, and the suction doesn't pull them off the floor. Stairs are a lot quieter and a little bit cushioned too. If they last a few years, I'd give them 5 stars, but it's only been 3 months. Very happy with these.

These are great! They are peel and stick, very easy to apply. Took me all of 20 minutes to replace 15 old, worn stair treads. These new ones are a very elegant in style and color (navy blue). They adhere very well to my wood laminate steps, but a roll of adhesive tape is also included in case the backing isn't sticky enough for some flooring. These treads are secure enough for elderly folks who have trouble with stairs, and for our large clumsy dog running down the steps. They're a great value for the money.

I just moved to a new NYC apartment with a scary set of open stairs, and I was so nervous about slipping and falling. I ordered these stair treads honestly because they were on the cheaper end and I didn't want to spend too much. The quality is surprisingly great for the low price! I don't wear shoes at home, and the pads feel pretty soft with both socks and bare feet, kind of like a thicker soft felt material. They seem to have noticeably more friction, which is good for peace of mind so I don't slip and fall. They were easy to install and so far the self adhesive backing is working great, but I'm glad they also included a roll of carpet tape in case I want to use more powerful adhesive to stick it down. Unfortunately, last weekend I slipped and fell down a flight of wood stairs at my friend's apartment, and she did not have any stair treads on hers. I could not get a grip while falling all the way down because the wood floor was so slippery. I hit my head and had to go to the ER to get staples put in my scalp. :( I'm so glad that I have the treads in my apartment - I hope that even if I do end up slipping someday on MY stairs, that the additional grip will help me stop myself instead of continuously falling like I did at my friend's place.

My wooden stairs are very slippery for my dog. I tried these step treads as a way for him to go down the steps without falling. I was very pleased with the stickiness of the treads and how well they stay in place. They are easy to clean. My dog is happy to come and go up the stairs now. The blue looks great, and I would order them again.

So impressed with the quality and ease of applying these. The color is dark gray and has a blue undertone IMHO. Some very helpful tips. #1. Make a template on the step so you only have to measure once. I did 20 steps in about 30 minutes. (See photo) #2. Clean the steps from the top to the bottom so you are not wiping debris from the step above onto a clean step. #3 Apply the step from the bottom and work your way up to the top. Your knees will thank you😀. I feel much more safe going down the steps now that I have these treads on them, not just for the obvious non slip safety issue, but because now I can see where one step ends in the next one begins on my woodgrain steps.
