I have one empty shelf (room for 4 more) right now, but it will absolutely hold the full rated capacity of 24 even when almost all of them are fatter sparking wine/Champagne bottles. I will get 24.5 into it, actually, as the bottom section already contains 4 full bottles and a 375ml half as well. I could probably get another half or two into the bottom also It's only been a few days but it got down to temperature and is maintaining it properly. I have it set to 52* on the panel and it's maintaining 52-55* depending on which thermometer/placement you go by. The interior light is a joke BTW, pretend it's not there because it basically isn't. ... show more

This wine cooler works very well! It holds a steady temperature and I find it to be quiet. There is a little sound but hardly noticeable. My biggest complaint is when I put the bottles in, the wire racks are so loose that I thought they were going to fall out. I also don't like that there is no tint on the door!! I originally got this fridge as a 28 bottle, but it was two tall for my space (my error). When I requested a return I put that the info that I was planning to repurchase as a 24 bottle. The customer service team was AMAZING and almost immediately sent me an email offering to send me the 24 bottle free of charge and allowed me to keep the 28 bottle so I wasn’t charged the return fee, which was admittedly very high. It was such a seamless experience and the new one arrived just a few days later. We have the original fridge to friends as a housewarming gift. Additionally - love the look of this wine fridge. It’s clean for the space and overall pretty quite. I live in an older home so the floor is uneven, initially causing the machine to make more noise. Once we evened it out it’s been perfect! We really like the unit and the interior lighting is very nice. The unit does have a minor humming noise which did cause us to move it to our laundry room. We first had it in our dining room near where we watch TV. Happy with this purchase and hope it's very dependable long-term!

It is a rattle trap. Son-of-a-gun that little Wine Cooler Refrigerator is loud when it runs. I had to put some shimming in the compressor compartment to stop the vibration (metal on metal). FYI, it is dead-nuts-level on the X & Y axis. The bottom department "Grill" is a funky set up. You have to insert four tabs into the fridge wall. In doing so, you scratch the interior of the fridge. BE VERY CARFUL if you remove the grill, your good wine bottles (3) could end up on the floor. I CANNOT RECOMEND THIS UNIT. FIND SOMETHING BETTER TO COOL YOUR WINE... ... show more
