abunda_amazon_reviews Ive purchased two of these SS-3H through Amazon. They are very good support for Firestik 4' and 5' antennas. These arent made for the 102" whips. Thats the mega spring thats at least twice the girth and near twice the height. The description for these SS-3H varies depending on the numb-nuts whose writing the review. From the Firestik site itself, the length is "about" 3" and diameter is 0.80". The Amazon given description is variable depending on which day of the week it is, but 3.47" by 0.87" has been given a mention as well as 6 x 3 x 1 inches; who knows what that means. Its a great SS spring for the = 5" antennas. Through it wont "stand-up" to 65mph+ full wind forces. As seen on that ridiculous front hood mounted video.
