Complete junk. Biggest waste of money ever. It didn't come with the clips and it is not 160 Lbs of resistance. I work out alot it feels like 20 Lbs of resistance at most each side and it's at the supposive max resistance on the red 24 or 22 whichever it is. I'd throw it in the trash I'll never use it. Not worth my money.

It works but.... Powers off after 5 minutes, which does not affect the resistance or operation but if you're buying for other features like rep count, modes etc you'll be disappointed. Other than that no complaints

Did not come with the clips to attach the handles to the cord....twice!!!! Will not be buying this again.

"You don’t need to leave it plugged in all the time! Once you've adjusted the resistance, then move it where you want it: conveniently. Portable. It is very versatile in training different muscles and can replace a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, barbells and resistance bands, making it a true all-in-one fitness solution. If you want to build muscle but don't have much time to go to the gym, this machine must be a great choice! Overall it gives a great workout, I've been using it for a month now and I'm very happy with this purchase. If it was more expensive I'd think twice about buying it."

"For the price, and size, this is an excellent machine，it allows me to do a full-body workout. The portability of this device is a great feature. It’s easy to fold and unfold, and it rolls around the house with little effort. My wife especially likes this, as it makes it convenient to move around when not in use. I prefer the screen on this machine, and changing the resistance level is as easy as turning a dial. It tracks time and energy expenditure, allowing you to plan your workouts and see how much effort you're putting in. This is a great device for you if you live in an apartment or don't have enough space for a lot of equipment. Also, it's great for traveling and squeezing in some activity. It's not so suitable if you want to exercise seriously and plan to use it as your only fitness equipment. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase because it fits my situation and exercise goals. "
