What a great little device! We received one for Christmas, and liked it so well, we ordered another one for our other bathroom. This filtered shower head made a tremendous difference in our showers, as our municipal water supply smells of chlorine and other nasty stuff. The shower water now has no odor or unpleasantness, and as an added bonus, the glass shower doors dry with no spotting. This shower head is awesome 👍 I love high pressure shower heads I've had to replace some because they just don't have enough pressure but this thing has amazing pressure and a lot of different settings I have really hard water here and it's not good for your hair so if you have hard water I would recommend because this has great filtration . No leaks and great price also really easy to install

I curiously started looking for a filtered water showerhead after watching a YouTube ad that talked about the benefits of using filtered water on your skin and how it can reduce hair shedding. Which I have been experiencing in excess over the years. So I quickly went to Amazon to see what was available. What initially drew me to this showerhead was the 4.5-star rating and the PRICE, because I want great quality and affordable price. What actually made me BUY this shower head was one raving review from a woman who lives in Las Vegas and has 4B/4C hair. Her review LITERALLY sold this product to me. The way she described how her hair felt after using filtered water, how it cut her wash time in half, how she used less product, and how the water easily absorbed into her hair really got me excited to try it out, especially since that’s something I’ve been trying to achieve with my 3C/4A hair. The showerhead arrived within two days and was fairly easy to install, but I REFUSED to comment until wash day. I purposely did not detangle my hair beforehand to see if everything she said was true. Immediately, I noticed that the water absorbed into my hair very quickly (just as the other customer stated). I’ve never had water absorb into my low-porosity hair that fast, EVER!! I was in complete amazement! It made washing my hair and getting to my roots so much easier. 🙏🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 On my next wash day, I plan to detangle first and use a acid treatment treatment to make the process even quicker and more streamlined. I’m telling every curly girl I know to buy one of these. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Now I just need to figure out how to bring it with me on my cruise when I need to wash my hair. I had zero expectations for this. I needed a new shower head, the price was right and had good reviews. However even though it said filtered- I did lots of research and knew it was mostly a marketing gimmick, and I’ve seen test strips proving that these filters don’t really work. Ok being said that here’s my impression after 24 hours. I had it delivered same day and it took about 10 minutes to install. The initial water pressure was just ok so I unscrewed the unit and took out the mesh filter. It works great!! I took a morning shower and had to adjust it shower head (there’s a ball under the unit, so you can adjust the angle) and tweaked the water setting to fit my liking. I’m short and while the unit is fairly high, the pressure was still there. The shower handheld unit is about 6 inches I believe, so it doesn’t cover as much surface area as my old rainfall unit. But it did the job. My reason for posting this review early was my hair, which normally feels rough after shampooing, felt softer and not frizzy. I thought the other reviews were just exaggerated but I am a believer. Upon blow drying my hair, it was smooth and I had a great “hair day” Does it remove hard water? I’ll find out in a few weeks if the handheld builds up like the previous ones. I’ll also know based on my glass doors if it looks better than before. If you want a good shower head, with lots of settings and one for hosing down the bathtub, pick this one. So for now let’s give it a 4 star rating until I see if it’s the real deal.

I have loved this shower head. Got in while on deployment in a desert area. I adjusted the setting so it wasn’t so strong and it has adjustments that make it right for everyone. The setting that I use is more like rain and has lower water pressure. It’s worth the money. It takes the minerals and hard water out of the water which keeps me skin from drying out. I could smell the water before using this. Now my skin doesn’t dry so easily.

This was a pretty easy install. With me being already mechanically inclined, it made it even easier. The instructions were pretty clear on how to install everything and I did figure out how to use the water restrictor ring that they include. It does not tell you in the instructions but other than that, it is pretty simple. Does it soften the water? I will let you know in a few weeks. I just installed this a couple minutes ago and I really do like the quality. It will also make washing my dog a lot easier because my other showerhead did not have a hose on it and it was just in place up top. I am including a picture of my old showerhead and my new showerhead for comparison.
