I was concerned that a rain showerhead would not have enough force to wash my thick hair, but it does the handheld can be used for a little extra force if needed. We've bought 7 of these over the course of the last few years. We renovated our house about 4 years ago and used 3 of these fixtures including one with a tub. Since then we've done two more homes, including our new home (pic), and used 4 more in four bathrooms. We lived with them for four years and liked them so much we used them in the next two homes. They look really nice and are very high quality. Every time I get in the shower I feel like I'm at a luxury resort. We had an issue with one valve on installation and the company resolved the problem immediately. We've had no issues over the 4 years. My dad is pleased with this. Usually, I'm not too fond of rainshower faucets because it's a bit like being waterboarded. Still, this one has a really soft delivery system and you can mount the head on the ceiling or on the wall. It is adjustable so if you don't want water falling directly on your head you can tilt it. Also, the hand-held sprayer can be used separately so you can use either the rainshower or the hand-held.
