This is my second one. 1st one I bought 4 yrs ago. My son wanted one for his bathroom so I got the one with the adjustable arm. Just an fyi the arm is heavy and I need to use a pipe clamp the brace it against the ceiling as it was applying to much pressure on my pipe. All situations are unique so if your pipe isn’t really secure behind your wall you may need to add some kind of support. My ceilings are low so it was pretty easy to fix. But this can be achieved with some creativity. I like that the head and wand are made of plastic as it’s a lot lighter which is what you need if using a wall pipe connection as most of us are. Rainfall head are supposed to be hung from a pipe in the ceiling. Since this can be expensive to do this is a great option. But may still need support if you have the arm extended out. Plumbers say even a straight arm that’s 16” or more is really long and creates the possibility of snapping a pipe or creating a leak in the wall. So know your situation and be prepared for needing a support of some kind coming down from the ceiling. I used the enclosed tape on all the thread connection to ensure a watertight seal. Very easy to install. Highly recommend. Hard water is easily cleaned off and every now and again I remove them and soak in vinegar as we have really hard water in my house. My 1st one is 4 yrs old and still working well. I needed to replace the diverter 2 yrs in which I found on amazon for $15. Different brands but connections are universal so it’s not a big deal.

The main head of this shower set works just fine, was easy to install, carries a fairly decent flow, and can adjust it easily. The handheld on the otherhand is a little rough. When we first installed it, both heads worked fine, however later on, the handheld's pulse setting will leak from the spray nozzles while the pulse is going. When on full-spray mode, it works as intended, but pulse is a little messy with the water. Not the worst shower head I've had, but not perfect.

We enjoyed this beautiful and functional showerhead for 2+ years until the switch stopped working and water would flow from overhead and through the handheld at all times no matter which setting it was placed on. We contacted the seller and immediately got a response diagnosing the issue and offering a replacement part for $10 including shipping. Works perfectly again now. Would definitely buy this item and work with this seller again in the future! Thank you!!

I bought this rain shower head with handheld sprayer for my sons’ bathroom. They have a large shower and somehow manage to get soap suds, sand from the beach, and hair across every inch of the floor and walls. How can they lose so much hair and not be bald? How can they not see all the sand and soap suds everywhere? They are teens and young adults. It’s not like they don’t know better. Anyways, I bought this so there’s no more excuses of why they can’t wash everything down to the drain and scoop it out to the trash. After several times showing them, then reminding them after each shower for a month straight, I think they finally have it down (you’re welcome future wives of my sons). Now they easily switch from the rain shower head to the handheld and wash down the walls, wash all the corners, and get whatever grime, sand, dirt, or hair to the drain mostly successfully. Then they put it in the trash can. Because it’s not gross when it was on your body to begin with! It’s gross when mom has to go in there and do it. But I don’t put it in the trash, I put it on their desks in their bedrooms to remind them that they forgot (again, you’re welcome future wives). They also have to squeegee the glass doors after each shower. But I digressed from this product. It was super simple to install. I can’t stress enough though, follow the directions when applying the two sided tape to the shower wall, for the handheld to sit in. The tile has to be completely clean and dry before applying it. Don’t get it wet for a few hours AND don’t put the handheld in it for a day. No weight on the holder so the tape has time to fully bond to the tile. Bonus: the shower head is so shiny it’s basically a mirror. The first time my boys noticed was hysterical. I may need to bust out my cricut and make a sign: “Objects in mirror may be smaller than they appear” lol!!!

I bought these because of the extra hose head. The suction cup holds very well. The settings on it are fantastic. Pressure on the hose head is great, like getting a massage. I didn't use the big head since mine works well.

The media could not be loaded. Performed excellently within the year (2021-2022). Flow was good and the handheld showerhead was and still is good. Adhesive is still holding up to keep handheld firmly on the wall. Very nice oiled bronze finish that still looks great today. The main showerhead suddenly failed. Heard a gurgling sound one day before water exploded out the sides and bottom. Scared my kids whom I was bathing at the time. They're still scared to get in the stall now. The handheld is still going strong, though. Really bummed because the main head was really great. The price was very good so I just may purchase the same again.
