I love it but one thing. It said for sunflower seeds. Thought the openings would be a little bigger. That being said it does have an opening where seeds flow freely.

This feeder works best with sunflower seeds, as smaller seeds such as millet will spill through the mesh. Also, cardinals cannot stay on the feeder; they seem to fall off and end up eating on the ground. The perching hoop is too close to the seed tray for birds larger than house sparrows. In that respect, the pictures are misleading as it depicts cardinals photoshopped on the feeder. It is an unfortunate design flaw since larger birds love sunflower seeds. Other than that, the feeder seems to be reasonably well made.
