My sister actually told me about "The Squeem". She is nine months pregnant and I just had my second daughter three months ago. Has any mom ever told you its harder to lose the weight the second time around. I have found this to be very true. I have been working out and eating right but there is still that little pooch that I haven't been able to get rid of yet. My husband told me to just work out a little harder and eat better... He doesn't get it. I have been more healthy the past three months than I have even been in my life. The Squeem just pulls everything in and you instantly feel better! I have had mine for about a week and I have worn it for at least 8 hours everyday. There are a few challenges but I have gotten use to it. Pros: -Really Helps you feel better about your post baby body, Instantly! -Helps with Back pain from picking up the kids -Improves your posture -Does help with weight loss -After a week I can already visibly see a difference in my stomach :-) Cons: -Little hard to bend over and clean the first few days (But you get used to it) -Can get uncomfortable and a little clammy when its hot out (Especially when you carrying baby in an ergo or other carrier) -A little uncomfortable when breastfeeding depending on your position Over all, I am completely in love with this and HIGHLY suggest it to new mommies or any woman looking to lose inches instantly!! Also wanted to mention, I had a little trouble deciding what side to get. I would suggest going a bit smaller than you think. June 3, 2013 When I first received the Squeem, I was excited to try it out right away. This is my experience from wearing it in the first week. My info at the time I got the package: 5'4" 125lbs Clothing size: Small Squeem Waist Cincher size: Small Pros: - It fit nicely. It didn't feel loose at all and it wasn't so tight that I felt like I couldn't breathe. I could wear it for several hours and was able to forget I was even wearing it at times. - It has two different clasps you can choose from when closing the cincher, which means if the clasps along the border of the shapewear gets too loose from your body adjusting to it overtime, you have the option of using the one further away to make it tighter. Bras have this, I think it only makes sense to have that feature for a waist cincher too. - I really like the rubber and the overall thickness of it. It gives the cincher a very sturdy feeling. I am also allergic to latex rubber, and I didn't have any type of allergic reaction to the kind of rubber used for this product - The cincher is long enough to cover the "undesirable" gut section. Since this product is meant to squeeze everything inwards, if it were too short, I would imagine all the flubber coming out of the bottom would be extremely unattractive. I didn't have that kind of problem with this because coverage was very nice. Cons: - I only have one con for this specific product. But this one con was a deal breaker for me, so I think it's a pretty important one to acknowledge. After several of days of wearing the Squeem for a few hours each day, I noticed that it started to bunch in the mid-section of the cincher so that three folds/creases were starting to form. At first I thought nothing of it because it still fit nicely and still offered the type of coverage I desired. However, after about the 4th or 5th day, after taking the cincher off (after wearing it for about 5-6 hours), I found that those creases left an imprint on my midsection. This didn't bother me so much at first because I know that having something fit so snugly against your skin for long periods of time will leave a mark that *should* go away after an hour at max. However, the creases on the cincher left creases on my body that took 3 days to fully disappear from my body. When the marks on my body didn't go away by the end of that first day, I was so afraid that it might have left permanent marks that look similar to stretch marks that I didn't wear the cincher at all in the following days. I wanted to make sure the marks would go away before I put the Squeem on again. After realizing it took 3 days for the marks to disappear, I decided it was time to return the product. I just couldn't get myself to keep it after that experience. Now, another side note I wanted to say is relevant to all products like this, not just specifically for the Squeem. Wearing any tight clothing, or clothing that fits *just right* when you aren't wearing the shapewear, will make it really obvious when you put the shapewear on under those types of clothes. You'll want to only wear these types of products under clothes that are layered or a little loose fitting. I gave this product 3 stars because, for the most part, I really did like the benefits of wearing this cincher. But the creases it creates makes it virtually unwearable for me. If you've tried other products that have failed, or you really just want to try this one out, I would say go for it because there is a chance that yours won't cause creases on your body or your skin may not get so irritated if it does get creases. I didn't come across any problems returning the item (I got my money back in less than a week and a half), so I don't regret buying it. I can't say I recommend this item, but I would also refrain from telling you not to buy it because body shapes are different so results could be different. I would just want you to have as much information as possible before making the purchase. Good luck!
