I use this when I want to work out in my living room instead of in my home gym. It's compact enough to store it folded under my bar-height table and I just roll it out, unfold it, plug it in, and get to work. I love that any attachments work with this, and I enjoy using the various resistance modes (mainly standard and eccentric). I gave 4 stars because the first one I ordered encountered an issue about 30 days after purchase - when I was doing heavy belt squats, the left cable released under weight and caught me off balance. I was able to retract the cable by turning the machine off and back on, but after that I started consistently having that issue on that side with any weight above 40 pounds. Contacting Pyle (the parent company) via email was the best way to get a replacement. They sent out a replacement without having to return the old one, which was nice since it's so bulky/heavy to ship. Also, be aware that this doesn't seem to come with a Bluetooth button although it looks in the listing like it does. I had to contact Pyle to get one of those too. But their customer service was top-notch, which is why I recommend this machine.

The SQUATZ Vibration Plate Exercise Machine Set - Standing Vibrating Platform is a sturdy, well-built machine. It is larger and heavier than I expected and may have to return for something smaller and lighter. I wanted to be able to use it in more than one spot. But if you have the space and are a young person (I'm 70) this is for you.

I really like the size the first one I had was small but the size is nice you have room to move around it can out the box ready to use jumped on it for 10 min low sped felt like I have been walking I really like this plate

It arrived very well made sturdy nice large size, heavy! At first I had some trouble pushing the screen buttons to change the speed. So I used the remote instead. I still couldn't adjust the speed so I used the pre programs P1 to P5 choices they had using the remote. It worked really well nice and strong vibrations. Then one day while using it the screen plate moved I had to stop my workout to see that the back of the screen was sticky like glue so I just pushed it back into the machine. It worked fine afterwards. Then after a month of using it one day I tried to change the speed it wouldn't work on the remote so I tried the screen and it went from low speed to high speed really fast and it just went sort of crazy. Unfortunately, it no longer works since the speed is stuck at very low. The bands that were included was nice. I think this vibration plate was better made than others similar design it's just some minor improvement would have made it more durable to use.

I recently received my Squatz exercise machine kit & was finally able to unpack & try it but the yoga mat is missing from the box. I can’t seem to submit a request for that item to be sent to complete my order. I’d appreciate some help getting that resolved.

So this worked fine, and the first few uses we definitely shared some giggles. But after about 30 days this one started collecting dust. Its really heavy, to the point where it felt like 'lugging it' back and forth to get the work. Any kind of workout equipment that feels cumbersome tends to get abandoned in our house. A valid attempt, good product, just not for us.
