    • You need to have an checking account
This device is so easy to use. Setup was not too difficult once you have your account numbers entered and App down loaded it's a snap. Now I don't have to worry about waiting for someone to run off to a ATM when making a sale at the swap meet or in my cab.

    • Have to plug it in for a minute or three before each use
Sometimes I feel like I have to type the number in and do when really I just didn’t plug it in in time Other than that- works like a charm and the fees don’t seem to bother me all that much

    • Delivery was a little bizarre but item did what it was supposed to.
Everything said the items would not be shipping/delivered for about a week, however then next day it was on my doorstep tied in a Walmart bag. So I wasn't sure if this was right or not, was quite confused when the item finally "shipped" according to Amazon a few days later. It was good we got is quick as this was all done under a time crunch, just very strange. However the items was as described, it was a little difficult to get synced with Bluetooth compared to most items, however we got it done and it worked great for what we needed. ... show more

    • Square is a complete JOKE!!!
I am a new business owner, and I purchased this square reader so that I could accept card payments... They allowed me to create a website, and set up everything that I online for my store... Then after I tried to use my card to do a test on it, it did not work... I then contacted the support team to see why it was not working, and they informed me that my account was deactivated... I was of course frustrated and tried to see why my account was deactivated, and their response was "After a comprehensive review of your account, we have determined that we are still unable to process payments for your business. Our decision to deactivate your account is final. We understand that it can be frustrating to have your account deactivated. However, due to security concerns and the obligations of our agreements with card networks and other financial institutions, we cannot provide additional details." I am very pissed that they still will not even tell me why my account was deactivated and they will not allow me to talk to a manager or supervisor after calling for over a month... Definitely want my money back as well as just a simple reason on why my account was deactivated... ... show more
