There's been several times I have used items i thought would sit in the box. two batteries are nice. the battery life is adequate. changing the tools is easy. some additional adapters were required for use of rolok accessories. build quality seems okay for the price.

worked good for the first 3 to 4 times i used it. it is now inoperative. I've sent emails and even called them to get a warranty replacement. surprise surprise...I'm being ghosted. this tool came with a broken direction switch, that should have been my que to send it back. horrible tool and the worst customer service I've ever encountered, I recommend you save your money and get a Milwaukee electric die grinder. again, this tool is junk. Do not buy it!!!!!

Works well and has enough power for many different uses. I read the other reviews and was a little worried about battery life and power. I am a woodworker and use it for many different applications, mostly sanding, and I've been very impressed by the battery life and the power it provides. No complaints. The brushes are very handy too. I used some of them to help me scrub some oil off my driveway. They were extremely helpful there!

I'm torn, the kit is quite comprehensive. It seems to work Though I do wish that the backing pads for the polishing pads were also snap in like the cleaning brushes, Biggest disappointment, I've only had it for a little over 1 week and the button you press to lock the shaft has broken. I'm currently trying to contact the manufacturer and see if there's a replacement for the button or if I need to send it back for repair or replacement.

I've been using this to polish plastic parts for vintage equipment restoration. It works well and for the small parts that I have to polish, the two batteries are sufficient. I was worth the money for me. Just remember to tighten the nuts down or the polishing head or orbital attachment could come loose.
