The dishwasher has worked great so far. Little less room than I really need. But is exactly as advertised and does a great job. Large pans need to be washed by hand only because one or two would take up most of the room inside. Does a great job washing the dishes. Very satisfied.

When I took it out of box, it had a dent in the side. cringeworthy! But I really need this, as I am putting it in my Husbands Man cave/Bar. I am throwing a Party for him and wanted this for the beer mugs and nosh plates. (instead of having to keep bringing dishes upstairs) I remolded the man cave as a surprise and this is the last piece before I reveal it to him. So, I ran some beer mugs in it. OMG super quiet! Does a great Job! It is much bigger on the inside than I imagined. It really seems to have the power of a full size dishwasher. I would give it 5 stars, if not for the dent. I am going to find a giant Eagles magnet and put it on the side to hide the dent. I know I could have returned it with no hassles ( I have Prime) but I really wanted it to complete the look of the Man Cave. ... show more

I was surprised how big the machine is. Way bigger than i thought it would be. The little bit of counter top i have in my appartment was completely covered by the dishwasher, so i had to get a little cart where i placed it on! It's perfect now. I can roll it up towards my sink in the kitchen and attach the hose to the faucet and have it run. It is not the most quiet dishwasher, but hey, it washes my dishes and i can do something else in the meantime. Who would complain about this? It cleans nicely when you don't put the dishes in it too closely. Bowls or pots are too high for the most parts, also one set of my plates are too big with 10.5" as the basket fills around 9" height max. But no biggie, i have smaller plates that fit in perfectly. If you look for something cleaning your plates, cups and silverware, go for it. If you search something for pots and pans and bowles, keep searching. To empty the hose after the machine ran is a bit of a hassle and it will drip, no matter what. But i simply added a hook to the side of the machine and hang my hose there and et voila, no water drippings anymore. ... show more

Worked great for 1 load of dishes, went to use 2nd day all it would do is leak water. Get error code e4, overflow. Tried calling manufacturer, got the run around. I bought a SPT dishwasher several years ago that is almost identical to this one, except for the many improvements they have made to it over the years. The old one still works fine, except my wife is sick and tire of me using the dishwasher for cleaning car parts in it. SO, I bought her a new one so I could move the old one to the garage. The new one is; MUCH quieter, more user friendly, better display, narrower door, easier for screen cleanings, and has selectable wash temperatures. I have not had the opportunity to use this product. The quick disconnect that comes with the appliance does not work with US kitchen faucets. It is supposed to be screwed into your kitchen faucet. ITS TOO BIG, for my existing faucet. I ordered a new faucet from HD, it’s too big for that one also. I am now looking for a “Quick Disconnect” that will fit.
