The coat seems great, except the hood came with faulty cords. That's why I gave 3 stars. I paid way too much for this to just let it go. I'd like to have just the hood replaced, but of course it's a pain in the rear trying to contact the seller. I hope they see this and can help. My son loves the coat and it keeps him very warm.
