I have had these for months and waited to write this review because don't you just hate when people review something before they actually know if it works well and holds up? I purchased these to add some "strength training" to my walks. I love that I can choose from 3 different weights depending on how motivated I feel that day :) The handles on each weight make carrying them so comfortable, even on a long 5 mile walk. The handles have remained attached and the strong stitching is showing no signs of wear. They are very well made. I thing the best feature is that you can unzip them and wash the covers!! They get so grimy but after washing them they look brand new and smell great! The color coded weights also help when I'm in a hurry so I don't accidently grab 2 different weights. I do at home walking workouts with weights, and I LOVE these! I love the pretty pastel colors (why not have pretty gear?) and the fact that these come in 1-, 2- and 3-pound weights is perfect for the workouts I do. They're a nice density and construction.

I like these weights due to their durability. They are easy to hold while walking or exercising. They are easy to take apart for cleaning the outside layer that gets sweaty during a workout. I really like them!

I enjoy Zumba and other group exercises. I love that I can easily use different levels of weight for different exercises. Cleaning them is easy and getting the weight back into its pouch was a little challenging but I managed it by myself and I have arthritis. They’re worth the money.
