Very nice set of adjustable legs weights. One, removal of bags is pretty easy. On the other hand, putting them back in the slots can be tedious. I had a couple of bags that weren't sewn properly so you can physically pull the weight bag out of the sleeve. It's an easy fix, but it shows sloppy workmanship. One issue I have is that they rub vigorously again the skin on my ankles, leaving the skin raw causing scabs. When using them over and over again it's quite painful. The price of the product is great for people looking for adjustable leg/arm weights. Unfortunately, raw skin is not something I want to endure all the time. I may switch to a weighted vest or belt instead🤷🏻♀️.

These weights are great! They are adjustable to buckle around ankles or wrists, and the little sandbags can be put in or taken out to adjust the weight. I'm using them as part of my PT program after knee surgery, and they are really helping with my rehab.

I bought a set a few years back which I incorporate into my workout routines 2-4 times a week. I bought a replacement pair because the Velcro eventually wears from frequent use. Love how adjustable and comfortable they are.

These are a beautiful purple. Unfortunately because of my arthritis I’m unable to adjust these. These are well made and good value for the money. If you’re looking for a pair of adjustable ankle weights, I would suggest these unless you have arthritis.
