So ive had this bag for several months now and i can say it does its job. Since it can hold chalk. The draw string cinch does not close up all the way so some chalk can escape from the top. And over time the zippers will begin to fail. (Currently very hard to unzip and zip the pockets) the brush holder works but only for some brush sizes but overall for a chalk bag this one is fine. Ive had this bag for about a year and i mostly boulder so this bag is generally on the ground. The belt is smooth but comes undone easily. It’s a good bag for the price just the zippered pockets are unreliable.

Been climbing indoors for 3 years now, and had this bag for about 2.5 of 'em. The larger side pocket's zipper has finally failed after all this time (think it came off its 'track' after years of chalk buildup, hah!). This is an inexpensive bag, but performs well for newbies. Wouldn't recommend for more rugged or outdoor climbing, but if you just climb at indoor gyms? Works great!

It's a great chalk bag—doesn't leak, has multiple straps for adjusting to any size waist, and big enough for storing a phone in the side pocket. Not much else I can say on the bag itself: good product and gets the job done. HOWEVER, I want to boast about the customer service team because I don't think I've ever had a better experience as a customer from an online store. Immediately after my purchase, the Athetrek team sent me 3 resources to help me get started with climbing and learn how to improve my skills, even following up with me to check in! They really do value their customers, which is not something I see a whole lot of today. Even though I just purchased a chalk bag, their quick response time and genuine concern for my satisfaction of the product made me feel 100x better about purchasing future products from Athetrek.

My 10 year old son is an avid American Ninja Jr. participant who literally has 12 blisters on his hands from hanging and swinging from bars and other apparatus'. The climbing chalk bag allows him to chalk up as he is in motion on and off the obstacles. I thought the drawstring wouldn't hold the loose chalk (we have the powder not the chalk block), but was pleasantly surprised to see that it stays put. The only issue, which is minor, is that the clip and belt loosen pretty easily as the material is a bit thin for the size of the clip. It could use a little bit of a heavier duty strap for this purpose. But overall great.

I bought this to train my foster dogs and I'm really glad I did! The backside zippered pocket is too small for my phone (LG Stylo 5) but is a good size for my wallet when we're out on walks. I like that I can use the front pocket for poop bags, keys, etc. For the climbers out there, it came with a little mesh drawstring pouch for the bulk of your chalk (to go within the main pouch). It also came with an additional belt for some reason!

Great bag! I’ve never needed one before, I don’t have a lot to compare it to, but it’s REALLY durable. I love the handy pockets. I take it rock climbing with me and it’s very convenient for keeping my keys in the zip instead of leaving them in a cubby or having to take a purse or backpack with me. The strap is great. I can even keep it strapped onto my waste while I climb which is cool! All in all, a great price for a reliable product. I’m pleased and I’m sure any else would be for the price and quality of this product. Two big ole thumbs up from me :D

So let me just start by saluting customer service, to say it was exceptional is and understatement and the same care for quality extends to the bag, its been through the ringer since i purchaded it and my hands could not be any more grateful, it unfortunately does not hold a galaxy s8 plus with an otter box, but for everything else (krys, wallet, headphones) it performs, i have not had any issues with chalk spilling and i will admit the strap that comes is a bit flimsy, but the provided clip makes up for that and it looks like a part of my harness. Overall 10 out of 10

I use this bag for climbing (bouldering and top-rope / lead). I like everything about the bag itself: the pockets, lining, adjustable opening, zippers, etc are well executed and feel built-to-last. The one downside is the belt strap. The material is a little thin for the buckle and the belt loosens noticeably over a rope climb or two. If you use the included carabiner instead or just leave your bag on the ground for bouldering, then think of this as a 5 star review ;-).
