Smart watches can do a lot of stuff these days. But even the best ones are just going to look like a blank / black box on your wrist much of the time unless you move your wrist a certain way or push a button on it to do something. So nowadays, I like having several inexpensive but expensive "looking" watches in different styles (sport, military, dressy etc.) that can go with different looks or to suite my mood. Sort of like a piece of jewelry I guess. You can get some GREAT watches these days that are super inexpensive just because they are regular watches & not "smart". They are usually really high quality watches & very sharp looking, and they don't just turn into a black box or empty square when you're not doing something with them. This watch comes in a box that simply says "WATCH" & includes good directions, but I mean they are TINY. I mean like Microscopic tiny! Just have your reading glasses handy when you read these directions. You may want to GET some 2X or 3X readers for these even if you don't normally wear them. ...Or you can magnify with your phone camera which I often do as well. The directions are in english & they are good, understandable and helpful. Just TINY print & booklet. This has a really comfortable & well made band that should fit all wrist sizes. The watch appears to not be running when you first unbox it. I thought I had one with a dead battery at first. I finally realized there is a small plastic piece under the Crown button on the watch that keeps it locked out in the "Setting" position until you remove this plastic thing. After that, the watch starts ticking and you can then proceed to set it & enjoy it. I wish it had a light or some means to see the face in the dark, and I don't think it's REALLY waterproof. Otherwise, it's a good, cool looking large watch face watch with lots of little chronograph thingy's on it. Also it keeps the time. Can't beat that! ... show more
