These are amazing for handling almost any hot item in the kitchen or even in a workshop - while they might not be enough for all workshop heat levels, they're still excellent within any temperature a kitchen oven can produce. We own a bakery and use these every day. I just ordered two additional pairs as the inside is starting to get gross from everyone’s hands. Moving forward everyone will be wearing nitrile gloves when using these. I think they’ll last longer. We tried several of the “cloth” options. None worked this good. All had hotspots. One pair in particular was rated to over 900° but resulted in a pretty sever burn for one of our team members. We have not had any problems like that with these gloves.
