  • TOUGH & DURABLE: The spinning reel is a size 5000 open fishing reel that features a super tough titanium-nitride plated bail wire and an aluminum spool that will outlast even the biggest fish.
  • RELIABLE & SMOOTH: Spyn brings an elevated fishing experience to a trusted spinning reel. The Instant Anti-Reverse clutch technology stops your reel handle from moving backwards in order to create a solid hookset in the mouth of a fish when reeling in your prized catch. The changeable right- or left-hand retrieve and 13 bearings (2 + clutch) will enhance any fishing trip due to its smooth feel and reliability.
  • Ported spool for a lightweight reel. Easy to use fishing reel. Max drag 17lb.

$8.50 .... solid, smooth, no structural or cosmetic issues.
Style: Gf5000 ( 3 Ball Bearings )
I bought the 5000 model on sale for $8.50. Out of the box, I couldn't find anything to complain about. It's a solid feeling, good looking reel.

Extremely cheap
Style: Gf5000 ( 3 Ball Bearings )
Everything is made of plastic, the action is rough... Save your money and buy something else, Im just wondering about the people that gave it 5 stars..

Super smooth and solid reel
Style: Gx3000 (13+1 Ball Bearings)
First day fishing fw bass with the GX3000 reel and it performed amazing. Its better than the nice Kastking reel i bought for about 20 more dollars, really smooth and super solid with a tight handle that doesnt wobble or move around.

Not to good quality
Style: Gf1000 ( 3 Ball Bearings)
This reel started out well, but after continuous usage over the past two months, the gears started to jam up. I can no longer use it because it slows my fishing down. I fish every other day so I need a reel that's better quality and reliable.

Great quality for price.
Style: Gx5000 (13+1 Ball Bearings)
Third time fishing saltwater surf and bay. I do not do maintenance. Still as smooth as day 1. I am very impressed for quality at that price.
