I’ve been eyeing this bookstore mini for a while and was excited to purchase it. The instructions are for the most part pretty easy to follow. However, some of the books that you’re required to cute out were a bit hard to place… I think some of the directions (see pictures) are in Chinese so I kind of had to guess which books went on certain shelves. I’ve done another miniature set by Rolife and I will admit that I think Rolife has better quality items and easier instructions. Overall, this was a fun little project to do. The lights all worked well (you need your own batteries). The music box was an interesting and surprising touch- just wind it up and let it play! I added extra greens/plants bc I’m a fan of books and plants. Hence it’s a little busier than what’s pictured as advertised. Don't get me wrong it's not very difficult but my old brain was very irritated that although I followed the instructions to a T, that the walls and top didn't line up right. Really enjoyed building this one. The instruments are adorable. I did not get the directions in English, but I contacted the company thru the Q & A section and they emailed the link to the English instructions right away.

I love making these dollhouses. This particular one is a good one. Although the instructions are not in English, it is not hard to follow the pictures. If you have experience in making these types of dollhouses, this is one to get!

My kit did not come with any of the glue. It specifically says it comes with 2 types of glue. White glue and Alcohol glue. I got zero glue.
