My "thin" wallet had 6-7 cards + drivers license, cash, etc etc. Seems every company wants you carrying around a piece of plastic with their name on it to try to convince you to come back to their brand, be loyal, here's a deal JUST FOR YOU - blah blah... well, unfortunately, I picked up more than 19 pounds from this Covid-19 quarantine season, and that plus a "not-so-thin" wallet...well, I blame the wallet for those pairs of pants that don't fit any more. Must be the wallet's fault. Whatever: so far, this thing has worked. In addition to being more waist-line challenged than I'm used to, I may also have become a bit more clumsy - so I've dropped my brand new Sammy phone plenty of times, without a scratch or shatter on the screen. Meanwhile, instead of pulling out my wallet, I pull out my phone, push down the side, pop out my card, and voila - I can get entry into a certain warehouse store, or flash my drivers license for a drive-by alcohol purchase, or...well, that's about it. Don't put more than 2-3 cards in this thing or that plastic cover could slide off. If I had one complaint, it would be that it's hard to get the cards out of the secret pocket - like when you want to charge something with a credit card or something. I could dock a star for that, because it is a bit of a recurring hassle. But I won't, because I do like it a lot. Well, I guess I'll dock a star from the "easy to hold" option (how does Amazon choose which 'features' get scored - there is no fingerprint reader on this phone case! - and while it's quite 'easy to hold,' it's not easy to get to cards you need to hold to use, so there, that makes sense somehow. If I were to do it again, I'd buy it, but then buy an upgrade later on that fixed the only issue I have seen so far. ... show more

Does what it says, but I dont think the card holder closes as snugly as I'd prefer. I use it from time to time, but only when I absolutely do not want to also carry a wallet. I can fit three cards or 2 cards and a folded bill. Not a bad product, but there may be better out there.

Let's keep it short and sweet, this case is durable. I've had it for at least 3 months + and as you can see my charging and speaker ports aren't all loose and worn out yet like they would be with other cases I've purchased. On the back side there's a scratch in the hard cover that holds my cards but its minimal and it's from being dropped a bunch of times on concrete, hardwood, dirt, etc. (My phone screen completely in tact too). So in short, this case is worth your money, it's slim, it's durable, it adds a good weight to your phone but isn't heavy, it acts as a case AND a wallet. It seems sturdy enough to withstand a drop. My only gripes (not worthy of taking any stars off, however) are I wish it had a slightly larger card capacity and that the back matched the grip the rest of the case that covers the phone because it's like having bald tires otherwise.

MY first case held up for 2-3 years in my work environment (Industrial) and had been dropped from higher than rated heights. Sadly, it gave up. There were no second doubts about what my replacement phone case would be, so I ordered a new one. Good job, Spigen!

    • Can actually hold up to 3 cards without any issues

This is my first phone case with a card holder. It says it holds up to two cards but you can actually put 3 cards with no problem. 3 cards will not put any additional pressure on the card holder door and it still slides smoothly. This is my 3rd Spigen case so I am used to their products and have had great experiences. Feels great and am happy with purchase. There are two cons for me: 1.) the card holder door is thin plastic. So far it feels fine but I don't know how confident I feel with it after 6 months or a year. I guess most card holder door covers are like this so I'm not sure what to expect yet. 2.) if you have 2 cards then you can easily just turn the phone over so the card falls out if you need to get it. If you have 3 cards in you cannot do this because the fit is so precise. You'll have to use your fingernail to pick the card out. I wish there was a sloped edge so you can slide the card out but the edge is a sharp 90deg. edge. ... show more

I had a Spigen case for my Samsung S8, and it lasted 2+ years. I got an S21 over a month ago, and ordered this to go with it because I don't like carrying a wallet around. It's a very snug fit, it makes you feel like your phone literally won't break if you drop it. The texture is very comfortable and it's a bit thicker than most normal cases because, well, it holds your license and credit/debit cards. It takes a couple days to get used to, just because it's thicker. I'm one of those people that likes to leave the house with just one thing. I don't like carrying a wallet, just because that's one more thing to worry about. If you take your phone with this case, you can drive, buy things, and do whatever else you want to do depending on what you put in the case. It's so very convenient - and isn't bulky. I highly recommend this. It's cheap, insanely useful, and protects your phone. Easy 5 stars! ... show more
